I have been going to Coyote for over a year and have been pleased with their knowledge and ability to "break it down" to laymans terms with what my car needs and how it is running. I am also impressed with the cleanliness of the shop, I find this unusual for an auto center. These guys treat my mom RIGHT. Gentlemen through and through. Shes gone there many times but in particular, they recently came out to help her when she was stuck, charged the minimum possible for their time, and helped her find the least expensive option to fix her problem (a bad key). They even wrapped her broken key in tape to make it work until the new one came. This is a very big help for someone on a very small budget. THANK YOU.
