I had my wife bring our truck here for a simple lifetime alignment recheck and oil change. Bradley, their sales guy, told my wife that we need to replace the AC condenser, because it will fail, as well as he told her that we need to pull the transmission to find the source of a rattle noise. First of all when my wife told him to write an estimate for these he conveniently left off the transmission being pulled. But he did proceed to tell me wife that the AC condenser should be replaced because if it goings out, then that will affect the DEFROST this winter. The air conditioning in a car is a closed system that provides COLD air, so please tell me how this will affect the HOT air needed to defrost a window. Mind you my air conditioning still works, no issues, and she never asked them to look at it. Since when does a courtesy check ever cover the AC system. Last I checked they will charge you to look at that system. I full understand their effort to sell us maintenance items, but when you suggest things to be replaced for no reason I take a big problem with that. Now I see why there are never full with cars, and I can get mine right in.

Great tires for the money and typically low wait times. I have owned and had 4 different vehicles serviced here and they typically do a good job, however, you have to be on your toes whenever you have a vehicle serviced anywhere it seems which is a shame. On a Chevy Silverado pickup truck, I had the A/C belt tensioner pulley go out, and they tried to sell me a new compressor for an additional $450. The compressor was fine and after I urged them to just put the pulley in, they finally believed me and saw it was working fine. So, I basically use them for tires and alignments now. I go to jiffy lube or the dealer for oil changes and other maintenance.

If I can rate it any lower I sure will. Horrible customer service. Are u kidding me?? I tried to park in front so I can tell them I needed oil change and they completely locked all the gates and closed garage doors. What is that about!! No wonder you guys never have customers!! Came to jiffy lube instead. You guys should learn from these guys. So nice compared to Firestone they always with a smile. Never going back to Firestone, was a waist of gas even going there! Never again!

Broke down on the road going home had car towed to Firestone. After the techs checked car for the problem they informed me that the cost was probably more then the car was worth. I appreciated their honesty and decided against having them fix it. The manager let us stay in the business until someone came to get us, he could have closed and went home as it was Sunday night after thanksgiving weekend last year. Thank you.

Soo was just on the phone with a Katie and was told that if I wanted an oil change Id have to leave my 2 cars overnight as she didnt have time to handle it today even though there was time to make an appointment online... I understand being full but saying that my cars need to stay overnight for an oil change??? I have never heard of this EVER!

Best car customer service experience I have ever had and continue to receive is from this location. If you have questions about your car in general or if you are a car enthusiast learning how to repair, do your own repairs, and would like to take a look, they are more than happy to help at all times. I trust my cars life with them for sure.

Ive been coming to this location for about 3 years now. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. Never pushy about products/services like other places tend to be. I dont live in the area anymore but family does, so I tried to hold off on services just to come here when Im back around.

Matt hooked me up with a life time vehicle alignment. I replaced inner an outer tie rods myself but need someone to ensure everything was set to OEM specs. The shop was clean and they completed the work on time for the estimated cost. I would recommend using them.
