I was expecting a package from Amazon. It should have arrived already so I logged into my Amazon account to check on it. It says that USPS attempted to deliver my package on Monday around noon. Well I was home at Monday around noon and HEARD the mailman here because our mailroom is right by my apartment. He never tried even knocking on my door or anything. So I try to call the post office today to see if theyre going to do their job and deliver my mail or if I need to drive there and pick it up myself. The phone rings for a minute and a half and then hangs up on me. What kind of business doesnt even let you leave a message? Im furious at this point. If I sucked that much at MY job, I would be fired.

Their service concerning packages is not professional. I was explaining to the individual that I did not receive the left notice that it says they left according to the tracking system. Her response on the phone was we are close. Yes okay you are close but I am a customer on the phone asking you a simply question concerning my merchandise. As a professional employee, since you answered the phone, you should assist me in what to do. I asked her, what should I do, because I did not received this notice that they say they left. She said just bring your id on Monday morning and your package should be here, with a stank attitude. Bad customer service!!!

Needed a package, was supposed to come.. then tracking said unavalable as addressed. my postman said we didnt have the name on the back of our box but it was supposed to be held for 10 days at the facility before being shipped back so i stopped in told them my name they said they didnt have anything.. ( they didnt even ask for my address or how my name was spelled) then 3 days later i saw on tracking it was being sent back... had it get reshipped via ups arrived two days later

I come in and mail things ALL the time. I sell things online so I visit this Post Office often. On average 3 times a week. Even when the staff might be having a bad day they are still friendly, and always helpful. I love that they have the kiosk so you can mail your own packages. I laugh to myself at people in line because they can use these. Its as easy as the self check outs at the grocery stores. There is no need to stand in line and complain. Go do it yourself.

I have had packages sent through this office before and never had an issue. The first time something has gone missing when it was reported delivered I called and asked what happened. They workers were extremely rude saying that they had delivered my packages successfully and that someone must have stolen them as they left it outside my door of an apartment building. Will be avoiding using this office as much as possible because they just dont care.

Got a notice to pick up package. Went in at the suggesting time, guy running the customer part was obnoxiously rude and then couldnt handle finding the package and said it was on the trick, which it shouldnt have been. Suddenly not so sorry the USPS is going out of business...

crap service. 75,000 ppl . On a good day 2 postal workers there for customers.. freakn joke!! They claim post office is in need of buisness. If that was true you could be pumping out mail n boxes all day long if you werent soo cheap and have 4 instead of 2 ppl there.. come on

I was notified that my address was undeliverable. I called the office and Mike helped me out immediately and was very good about it. He put me on hold for a brief moment and then updated my address so the package can be delivered.

Every time I go in there, there is a line out of the door(any time of day)! They need to have 3 full time employees taking packages. Most of the time you will only find one worker. Worst post office I have ever been to.

With out my authorizition they decided to hold and return my mail..I just found yesterday cause my bank called asking why .. Ive been living at same address over 4 years no reason to hold my mail andcreturn it..

I like this post office. Very long lines at certain time of the day but the staff handles the angry customers quite well. if they fix the long line issue, i would give it 5 stars.
