I called the facility over the phone and was told I could get my passport paperwork squared away if I arrived before 1. I arrived at 12:30 and the staff there told me they stopped doing passports at 12 and were rude when I told them I was told they would be able to provide this service until 1. No one there wanted to help except one of the assistant managers and I was treated disrespectfully because I was told by their employee over the phone something completely wrong? They change around hours without warning to suit their needs and I wont be going there again.

I have been there over 10 years..they are the best people working there over the years...when my box gets full they keep the mail on the side, they are always cheerful and glad to help...great place to have as a business, and now they can accept boxes and FEDEX and UPS mail/courier deliveries of you put on their street address!!!! Great job USPS, you deliver!

I use this post office every few days, year round. The employees are always very pleasant and efficient. I have witnessed other customers being incredibly rude, especially during the busy holidays, and the employees always respond with grace, courtesy, and respect. Five stars always!

Iv never experienced such a delay in mail before.. There is mail I have never even received. Like very important state letters, utility bills, and one of our w2s. They keep saying there isnt an issue that they can find, but obviously theres an issue..
