My packages are continuously missing from this post office. One of the worst post office I had to deal with. Cindy is the really bad at her job I am not sure how she ever got in charge of anything but they really need to turn over some of the bad apples in the staff there. If this was a business not supported by taxpayer money it would easily be out of business, no wonder the post office is insolvent.

I see some bad reviews on here for this post office, but most every time Ive called, they have been very helpful -- perhaps not happy, but helpful none the less. Ive talked to Scott several times, and hes always helped me out and never lost his temper or gotten a bad attitude (see Oswego PO for that) Just wanted to make sure I represent Yorkville appropriately based on my experience.

They dont have my mail even though I had it held as of saturday. Thanks to informed delivery I know what should have been there and its not. I also transferred mail 2 weeks ago and it was still going to the old place but as of Saturday it wasnt. Not getting anything at the new place either. My important mail is in limbo and no one there cares ?

Weve generally had good visits when we go here; the place is a bit under-staffed at times, but overall good experiences - definitely cheaper than other options - FedEx or UPS.
