Based largely on the positive reviews online, I decided to give Arrow Plumbing a call this morning when our old shower handle/valve would not shut off. Within hours, one of their plumbers (Alex) was here and he fixed the problem in less than an hour, replacing the old cartridge, which had corroded, and installing a new handle. He was very courteous, explained everything clearly, and did not leave any mess at all. Best of all, the price was less than I expected it to be. So, Arrow has my recommendation!

With all the flooding the past few weeks, we thought our sump pump should be replaced because of its constant cycling and age (at least 10 yrs old). Arrow Plumbing came out on the same day and replaced the old pump with a new pump in less than an hour. Jack the Arrow technician assessed the old pump, quickly determined what was needed and put in the new one. I was impressed by his knowledge and work ethic. Arrows on the top of our list for our plumbing needs.

My toilet was clogged on Thanksgiving from Turkey grease flushed down the toilet on black Friday they came out and un-cloged it. That was very good and well appreciated because as we all know the crapper gets quite the work out after eating to much turkey. Lol
