We have been having trouble with backed up toilets in our basement unit. Our landlord/repair guy chose this company again. (Our landlord wanted us to wait till Monday but Saturday morning raw sewage appeared to over flow by the laundry and water heater drains). He installed a pump in the back for the rain per our repair guy. I watched while he routed the clean up drain outside our unit. The clog came out but he didnt pull anything up. We went to the back pit and he said he didnt see anything but regular toilet paper. He was trying to say he saw a toy at first and Im like really can I see? and he started to say theres nothing abnormal. We signed that he routed but didnt see anything abnormal to come out. Our landlord calls us later saying we are to pay the bill that there were feminine products but we refused to sign it. We were shocked and said this is crazy and we were not paying the bill. She proceeded to evict us via text which I doubt is legal. I dont know why this plumber would lie, I dont really understand how there could be people in the world doing this. This experience has been all around crazy and super sad. I hope Mike k sleeps well tonight...
