We recently had a plumbing issue where there was water leaking from the ceiling on the first floor. After a couple of days, we finally decided on a plumbing company. My wife made the arrangements and was given a two hour window for service on Saturday morning. Matt, from Courtesy plumbing arrived at 10 AM as scheduled. He was courteous just like the name of company. I showed him the leak and also informed him that I heard dripping coming from in the wall where the shower for the master bath was. He confirmed that it sounded like the likely culprit, informed me of the possibilities and what would he would probably have to do. He also indicated that it was probably not going to be overly expensive but it would cost $65 to open up the wall and start to address the problem. I was glad to hear that. I like being informed up front with reasonable estimates. We had to clear the bathroom closet so that he could work. He helped move the items and promptly removed the shelves. In a few minutes he diagnosed the problem, found the leak and fixed the problem. It was due to a leak in the air chamber. In less than an hour, my problem was fixed. No more drip from the ceiling. I also asked for a recommendation for a drywall guy which he shared as well. Overall, the cost was less than $200 dollars. He explained what he did and also explained the likely reason. Just like the name says, we had a very courteous experience and felt as though we got the value for what we paid without any surprises. Great Job and Great Service.

So its late on Friday and having just finished cutting the lawn my son greets me outside with what looks to be the bathtub Moen faucet handle in his hand, this is not good. Not knowing a damn thing about plumbing I do know enough that half the cartridge stem is left where I would not be able to get this thing out with a puller..panic mode ensues! The first two plumbers I called promised call backs that never came. I then called Courtesy Plumbing who answered immediately heard my situation and informed me that there was a charge for coming out on an emergency call but that they would have a guy out in an hour and half. Well that young man was Mike and he got there in 35 minutes which was awesome. He looked at the faucet explained what he would have to do in order to get this cartridge out and quoted me a price, I was like lets do this as I had to get ready for work. In less than an hour he had the job completed and saved the day!! I might add Mike was as professional and friendly as could be and I TRULY was blown away that he got to the house so fast and got the job done so quickly! Needless to say I have Courtesy Plumbings website bookmarked and their phone number saved on my phones speed dial...just in case. Again thanks Courtesy Plumbing...and big thanks to Mike!

We had an issue at my Moms house with the main drain leading out to the septic field. The same morning we called Courtesy, Frankie came out to take a look at the problem. It was a major one, but he was professional, and made the best out of a bad situation for us. He came back the next morning with the crew and they worked until they got our plumbing working again. The next day the guys came back to finish the job. Everyone was fantastic to work with, very nice, cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. At the end of the job, Frankie came by to inspect the work and make sure everything was fixed correctly. My Mom was very pleased with how Frankie took the time to explain everything so she could understand it. About a week later, we had a small issue with the drains again. It was after hours, but we gave Frankie a call (to ask for some advice on what it might be). He didnt have to, but he came out and fixed the problem. If you need a plumber, LOOK NO FURTHER!!! I CANT RATE ANY HIGHER THAN EXCELLENT, BUT THESE GUYS GET AN A+++++++++++++! AND FRANKIE IS THE BEST!!! CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT COURTESY PLUMBING!!

Water heater repair review-Able to reach a live person after standard business hours. Service Tech available within 24 hours and on time. No service call fee. Very courteous. The only catch is they do not work on all makes of water heaters and do not carry parts. They should have stated that on their website or asked me upfront about the make of the water heater before wasting our time. I have a Kenmore 50 gal and all the tech could do is recommend I order the part on my own and he installs or I buy a new water heater from them. Based on my description of what was happening, the part he recommended did not make sense to me (Gas Control Valve $150 part+$280 labor). I told him that I would think about those options and call back. I then called Sears back. Even though Sears originally told me my warranty was not in effect I found my manual stating otherwise and Sears corrected themselves. A Sears service tech came in within 2 hours of my call. Turns out that my whole house fan tripped the thermal switch. NO parts had to be replaced.

My water heater started leaking overnight and I discovered it the next afternoon. I called Courtesy plumbing and talked with Frankie who took the information on my current water heater and then promised to call right back. A few minutes later he called with the news he had a replacement water heater and would be out in the next two hours. Upon arriving, Frankie and Justin did a magnificent job of disconnecting the old water heater, taking it out and then bringing in the new one and installing it. They took only 3 hours to complete the entire job and it was outstanding work. Not only were they extremely professional, but they were ready to share information about any aspect of the job or the water heater, plus they cleaned up so well that it looked like no one had even been there. They were the best plumbing contractor that I have used and I would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. This is a company that focuses on complete customer satisfaction and doing what is right.

Honestly, the absolute best plumbing company! Courteous and accommodating with schedules, Employees who are kind, respectful, and considerate. They NEVER try to sell you on something you do not need, and they ALWAYS explain what they are doing, why they are doing it, and recommend what a customer can and should do to keep costs down! I jave been using Courtesy Plumbing for years - every emergency, every maintenance, every bizarre occurrence - they are are there with a smile and a helping hand! Today, Frankie came for sewer rodding - on time, professional, friendly, even remembers conversations we had a year ago! He really cares about his customers! I know people find it easy to use who-ever they find quickly on-line, or if they see a truck driving around, but really - just call Courtesy - you will be forever happy with the choice!!!! (Thank you again for today Frankie! Oh - Matt - thanks for coming out a few weeks ago to help me with the pilot light!)
