Water heater started leaking at worst time. Right b4 I was headed out of town for a long weekend. I have chgd out water heaters myself b4. The problem these days is Menards,Home Depot all sell junk. You have to be a contractor to get the good stuff,plus I was short on time. My real problem was my leaking water heater was still under warranty. Through a friends recommendation, I called Omega and Bob sent out Pat . Didnt take long before it was out with the old and in with the new. Within a short time, no more leaking hot water tank. New one was installed. It took a short time for the new tank to heat up the water and everything was great. Price was very reasonable and service was great! Try out Omega theyll do an excellent job!

I have known Bob for 13+ years. As I was facility manager of Trinity Christian School in Shorewood, Il, Bob was the plumber who did the work on the new building. Later he did some retrofitting in an existing restroom. Another project was the replacement of an 80 gallon water heater with a 60 gallon unit which allowed the school to avoid the state required inspection, saving the annual inspection cost. I am happy to see his business growing and know it is due to his dedication to quality work and care for his customers. Omega plumbing will always be highly recommended.
