LITERALLY THE WORST POSSIBLE INTERNET PROVIDER YOU CAN OBTAIN! They never alert you when there is an outage. Which speaking of outages they occur literally every single week. The customer service takes atleast an hour To contact as youll sit there listening to their adds. Not only will you pay an outrageous price but youll get a lack of quality internet service too. I have the worst internet in the city honestly... DO NOT GO WITH MEDIACOM! YOUWILL REGRET IT!!

My internet has been down for the past 3 days, i live literaly 10 miles from abother internet provider but because im on the edge of benton/calvert they wont service me because only mediacom will service my area, i pay 80 bucks a month for internet to not work, i was tild yesterday that it will take a week, A WEEK, for them to come service me. I need the internet for inline classes but at this point im better off sitting at mcdonalds with a laptop

Used to get around 35 ping, which is great for me, but lately Ive been getting 80+ up until the 200s even 300s. used to work fine, now its just crap. rarely does it work great. bad weather screws it up as well.

They dont know what areas they service? They dont have clear speaking people. They are expensive! I dont even know if I can get the service because customer service is horrible.
