I wish I could rate 0 stars. Terrible customer service!!! When I scheduled the installment appointment online I was told I would get an email with the appointment time confirmation in 48 hours. I never received an email, I checked junk and all inboxes. About 4 days after I was supposed to of gotten an email I called and they confirmed my third choice time from 8-10 am. I guess they were never going to tell me because I had to call. This morning we waited and waited on the installer to show.. Around 10 I went outside to check the mail and there was a sign on the door that said the installer came at 8:10 and we werent home. We were up and waiting and there are 3 vehicles outside. We have two dogs that bark at everything and they never did and we never heard a door bell. We did not receive a phone call, a knock on the door or anything! It was like the installer was trying to be quiet! Maybe he had better things to do. I called to ask about it and I was told it would be another week before they could get someone else out. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that I would have to give them my phone number and the supervisor would call me back. Guess what?!? No call from the supervisor! I am furious and will never use or recommend cable one!! We were going to go ahead and pay for a year up front but we will take our money elsewhere!! Cable one obviously doesnt want it!

Worst internet company I have ever had to deal with. They constantly screw up our billing statements, Im pretty sure they throttle our internet speed during off peak hours, and customer service is terrible. For example I made an appointment to come out and bury a 100+ foot internet cable they ran from the street to the side of our house. Of course they didnt show up for the scheduled appointment.....instead they completed the work order 4 months later. 4 MONTHS!

I see that my last rating of this company had been deleted... this is the absolute worst internet service provider I have ever used. ABSOLUTE HOT GARBAGE for service the damn routers they set up dont reach more than 15 ft so you basically have to be right on top of the router with whatever device you are using. I definitely would NOT recommend this service to anyone period.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. they do not tell you how much data you have used until you are way over, and then they make you go up when you go over. they are also very hard to get in touch in with. i would not recommend to anybody

Bought a new house had my cable suspended until my new house was built now cable one wants 577 dollars for reinstall and they put me in collections for suspending my account what a great company sad you can screw people and its legal

If you every have to deal with the billing department make sure you record everything. They will tell you one thing and do another. Then when you ask why the get an attitude and tell you its a process.

Internet caps. They boast about their fast internet. What they dont tell you is how quicly you will eat up your data. Cut the cable cord and or go to ATT where at least is unlimited.
