Now we contacted these idiots to install cable on 5 televisions in our home along with internet. When the tech comes and does the job there is only full cable in 2 rooms(2 tvs) not 5. Told him it was wrong all 5 should have everything he said i needed to talk to customer service i told him to unhook all WOWs stuff and get out and to take all his equipment with him(which he did not do). I called WOW and cancelled their services. The tech was in my house exactly 2 hours WOW started sending bills for what i dont know i have called them after each bill i received and explained the situation each time now i get a letter saying its in collections for what. Your tech was in my house for 2 hours when he left i didnt have your services i called and cancelled these people are as stupid as stupid can get dont do business with them they will give you a headache.

So far, I havent had any problems with them. Ive had them for a little over nine months now, and up to now; the bill has stayed the same (about $135/mo. for cable, telephone, & internet). I only have cable in two rooms, but it always works - no outtages or service interruptions, and I have multiple devices that were playing/doing schoolwork on, and the speed is good. Im paying close to half what I was paying Comcast and with the exception of Wows "On Demand" feature; which is absolutely retarded and difficult to navigate, Id say Im not disappointed that I switched. Some of these reviews are scaring me, though. I havent had to call them for anything... I SINCERELY HOPE the customer service isnt even half as bad as people are saying it is.

Save your time and money! For a new customer I was paying a pretty penny starting off with a bundle package, with taxes and fees about $140-$150. It quickly increased to about $170.00, by the first year the bill had risen to $200.50. No thanks!! I quickly saved my pennies by to another company. Im happy with the switch. This company compares their services to Comcast, but their prices are way over board!! At least when I was with Comcast bill didnt reach $200.00 until after being with them for 9 years. I also agree with other posters, their customer service is HORRIBLE!! Good luck if you choose to not listen to the reviews...ITS THE TRUTH!!

Ive never had such a runaround. Called last week for a phone problem. Tech came out and said it was a outside problem and set for a serviceman to come on Monday. No one showed up. Called and was told there was a mix-up. Set up for Tuesday am. No one showed. Called said there was a problem and someone would be here in an hour. No one came. Called back and am now sitting and waiting. They were supposed to call and give me a time an hour ago. Each time I called I was waiting at least 25 min. to talk to someone. The bigger WOW gets, the worse the service is.

I had the WORST experience with this company. They overcharged me, lied to me, I had a huge problem when I decided to disconnect from their services. They simply did not want to let me go. I had to call them many times to release my phone number to other company, and they told me that it will not be a problem at all, to the moment when other company tried to get the number, they did not want to let it go, but they made me believe they did, until I got the bill for the period I havent use their services at all. DO NOT BUY THEIR SERVICES!

Their cable service and customer service sucks. My cable and internet has been going in and out for 5 days now. They finally sends a Tech out to fix the problem but all he did is make it worst. Then when I call them they going to tell me I have to reschedule for another tech to come out to my house for another day. I told them my appointment for the tech to visit my house was between 8 and 11 so why cant he come back today. They told me because its up to the technician if he wants to come back.

The worst ever. They are horrible. Do yourself a solid and stay away from this company. There is not enough room here to list all the ways I have been poorly treated, disrespected, and neglected by this company! I have been with them for 2 months and have had nothing but problems. They USED to be awesome but no they just dont care and after they treat you like dog crap. AND that was just TODAY !!

Run away when you can. I did not want to give the star! I have been going thru problems since i got them in October. They use old boxes and adapters. I downgraded and went to pick up the different box to find out it doesnt work! Now they say i have to wait until tomorrow to get service. Wow can walk in traffic for all i care. I work too hard for my money for this bs

Stupid fees stupid service they tell me they give out free movie channels and the tech come out to drill holes in my floor crazy. The customer service is beyond horrid and they are just not honest people 250 dollar first month cable bill Wow!!!

This is the worst cable service. The low prices are not worth the trouble. Most of the time the internet service is buffering. Customer service wait times are very long. They trump up your bills with unnecessary fees. Not worth it.

Yes I did experience many frustrations with WOW several years ago when I was a customer. I then changed to Comcast with better results but a much higher bill. I am told that AT & T is not offered in my area.
