If you have been a customer for more than 10 to 17 years and cant get a discount on your bill you have a problem.. Spectrum does not give any kind of Rewards to Value customers. You have to be a new customer to get a great promotion and that really sucks.. suggest switch to a different family member in your household to get their special discount of 2999 a month. Spectrum of what a joke. I highly recommend you do not get Spectrum TV..

Besides the fact that this company is ripping off customers nationwide, this local office is not properly staffed. Each time I have been here the staff acts like it is a burden to help out customers. Dragging their feet everywhere, no smiles, and no courtesy. I absolutely hate having to go here.

This place sucks! The staff is rude and acts like customers are a pain. This location is obviously under staffed! Had to wait in line for an hour to just drop off a modem. Unreal! Save yourself and go somewhere else. Seriously terrible experience.

Customer service rude. Called to get quote, I live in Pell Lake with Genoa city address, lake Geneva is 10 minutes away and they cant provide service!?!?!?
