Terrible service. Internet goes out weekly, the speed is very slow. I cant even watch Netflix without the picture slowing and pixilating. They have a "acceptable use policy" which allows them to turn off your service if you download movies. Mine was shut off for 4 days, and customer service didnt know why. I had to wait for a technician who finally determined that my service was shut off because they believed I downloaded a movie. The technician told me that if I did it again they would report me for a Federal copy write violation. I never even used it to download a movie! I was threatened by the "acceptable use division " as well. They have a monopoly in my small town right outside of Ft Campbell. They are taking advantage of soldiers wh

Mediacom in Princeton is a terrible excuse for a cable system operator. I dont know if their services are better in other markets, but in Princeton, theyre constantly raising their rates for, to put it mildly, lackluster service. Sometimes Mediacoms "services" work, sometimes they dont. But working or not, rest assured youll be billed for all you got, and then some. Their cable internet service is slower than DSL, when it works at all...shameful. Unfortunately, when theres no competition, the consumer is the one draws the short straw.
