Worst Internet/Cable Service Ever....Your online account never matches up with your bill, and when you call in and get a customer rep, they will have a different amount as well. Also, if you go in locally...they too will give you a different amount. Then if you ask them to go back and take a look at the notes, they tell you they cant get into that part from their computers. Its a lie....they sure were able to get back into my account and all the notes when I pressured them to. The charges for this equipment such as a modem/cable box are ridiculous....there are other competitors out there that include the use of modem/box etc ...at no extra costs!! Plus, if you are on a fixed income and only get paid on a certain day of the month..you best make sure that your bill due date ends up on the day you get your money. They will charge you $7.60 late fee...if your bill is due on the 30th ..but if you dont get paid until the 3rd...expect that extra charge....Ive asked them to change my billing due date...their response was...we are not able to do that!!!!!!!!! Really Time Warner??? Where is the customer service that each of us so deserve??? The only way for them to change my billing due date was if I had my cable shut off and then started up again so that it would line up when I got paid....So disgusted with this type of service from you all...I suggest everyone to take a close look at your bill and dont take the amount due for what it is.....EVER!!! My last bill I had called to see what they were going to tell me for the amount due before I went in to pay it. (I had previously called and received an amount of 49 dollars and some change) ...all good right? NOPE.....went in to pay my bill of course the taxes were added..no biggie...paid 53 dollars some odd cents more then what was due.....Got home....and guess what??? Yes, I called Customer Service....rep looked at my account...did notice I had just made a payment...and then stated to me that I still owed..................$17 dollars now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Talk about some b.s....there you have it!!! I have this all documented as well.........

Paid May-June 21st bill in full on June 10th...cancelled my service on June 19th and now they say that I had a balance on my account for $29? Why because your rude Customer Service people messed up my account?? Was told one price back in May, looked at my bill on-line on June 19th and because TWC switched over to Spectrum, they are charging $277 for cable and internet and a phone line that is never used (which they said they would take it off my bill to lower it---how than do I have WIFI??) First girl I talked to was very rude. She went and disconnected our main TV and told me she needed to transfer me to technical support--so the second girl didnt understand what the first girl did, but told me that I needed to pay to have it re-activated!! Really? Um--NO. So than the 3rd girl whom I finally got, took me 10 minutes to cancel the whole account because this is ridiculous--have lost channels for the past month and half at a new place all due to a bad transformer on the pole and she would not take "Please cancel my whole account" for an answer and kept trying to get my bill lower and lower. And when she said "What and how are you going to watch TV?" When I told her Im hooking up my antenna and watching TV for FREE instead of paying $277 I dont think she understood what antenna meant!! Returned all the equipment the same day (6/19) and it showed NO BALANCE, but today (6/20)when I turned in the one piece of equipment that I forgot, they are showing a balance of $29 on my account! The girl at the office said "Your account is a mess." Really? So when I should have received $$ back on 2 days worth of my bill that was paid in full, plus a $50.00 credit for having bad connection and no channels for a week, I end up with a $21 credit because my account was mess due to THEIR customer service messing up my account and I needed to pay for it!!! Time Warner was never an issue--this SPECTRUM--TERRIBLE. I dont think Im the only one who will be canceling once people start to get their new Spectrum bill and seeing the $277 or higher new fees without no warning. Be Aware!

I give Time Warner 0 stars!!! Worse experience ever! Somewhere after 15 years’ Time Warner has put me on a 12 month coupon which I now have to beg for a new coupon for lower price internet service. But they don’t let you know when you coupon is up and start charging full price. For some 2 years when I was working on the road they have been over charging because I didn’t know that my 12 months ran out. Now when I called to see why the bill had almost doubled, then they explained that the 12 month coupon had run out in 2014. So, the Time Warner tech told me he could get me a rate of $41.00 dollars for 12 months. I still wanted to know when I was put on this 12 month promotional coupon thing. He said he would let me talk to some higher up, when she came on, she said I could no longer get that deal of $41.00 dollars because I hadn’t taking it and it was now to late, because I was transferred to her and that price was no longer an option. It was $52.00 dollars a month! So for not taken the price and for complaining about being put on a 12 month promotional I am being penalized $11.00 dollars every month. But remember that’s just for 12 months then the price will jump back to 62.99 dollars a month for only 15mbps service. Some Time Warner jerk actually compared it like going to McDonalds and complaining when I didn’t have a coupon for a burger and had to pay full price! Time Warner thinks they are a “fast food restaurant”. After years of outages which most of the time I would have to call in and tell them about an outage, which they would make me jump through all the hoops, like it must be your computer or something on my end. Just to find out it was there equipment and billing mistakes and not getting angry about it. I now see that Time Warner doesnt care about their loyal costumers. So Time Warner remember this, WE DON’T NEED YOU; YOU NEED US!!!!

I have no problems with how my internet works, or how my TV performs. My issue is this...I have been a loyal TWC customer for 20 years. I pay my bill on time every single month. What I want to know is, why are your loyal customers not offered the deals that a new customer would get. We had a sales person come to our door to sell us a TWC package. I told him we are already customers. He was offering a package for $89.99. At the time we were paying over $150 monthly, so I asked if we could get that package, being loyal customers and all. He said no, but we could cancel our service for 30 days and sign up again a the $89.99 rate. Really? You would be ok with losing us as a customer for a month, possibly finding some other service to use and NEVER come back, than to offer us the deal? Pissed me off. My husband called the next day and complained and they did give us the deal. He did have to talk to 3 different people to make it happen though. Total BS. Just a couple of months ago I noticed our bill was pretty high so I called. Again, had to go through two people to get kind of a deal...but not really. Why TWC cant you treat your loyal customers the way you treat your new customers? I just dont get that. I should not have to jump through hoops and waste countless hours on the phone haggling for a better price. You should be treating us with respect and appreciate that we are loyal. I honestly feel sorry for the people that work in the call centers. It must be a miserable job listening to people complain all the time. Step it up TWC or you may lose a lot of customers! Heading to our local store this afternoon to get my adapters...well see how that goes. Wish me luck! BTW...these adapters may be free now, but we will be charged for them in the future...I guarantee it!
