Wish it was possible to give no stars. This was my first time as a customer that I was treated as human garbage from a company. My rates went up with absolutely no warning so i went in to enquire about it. The she-demon behind the desk at first pretended as if i wasnt standing in front of her and when I didnt seem to be going away she loudly sighed and asked "what?" in the most annoyed tone possible. I asked about my rates as to what was going on with my bill as well as what all the internet options where. She then proceeded to list off a few things but stopped, looked at me up and down, and said that if i was in here to ask about why my rates where going up that i was probably to poor to hear about any of there other options. This is also the first time in my life that I was dumfounded with rage. I consider myself to be more of a pacifist but i truly wouldnt mind if this establishment in particular crumbled to the ground and then for the entire organization to follow purchase. This company showcases the worst of humanity and they chose this specific establishment in oshkosh to place the worst of their people.

If I could give them zero stars I would, been a fairly new customer since March 2016. Subscribe to internet upgraded and cable. First of all Ive been through three modems so far none of them work and was even accused from one of their techs of using my own modem stating they dont own that kind after he further reviewed it and me asking for his name and sup he found out local store didnt put that modem number on our account. Also the reason it wasnt working.i have wasted several hours with their staff who are incompetent idiots that think they know it all and cannot fix anything! If it doesnt get fixed for good today I am done with this company! They better not send another tech with incorrect hardware and zero knowledge pertaining to setting up systems.

The fact that I have to leave a star makes me more mad. I am on medical leave at the moment. I call to make arrangements on my bill so I can keep my service on and they tell me "you either pay right now or get disconnected" I mean if they want to keep customers dont you think that they would help them. I have always paid my bill on time and never been disconnected and the one time I need help "their new management does not allow it". I wish there was another service that I could get here because Time Warner/Spectrum has always sucked and always will. It sucks that we are forced to have this service when their customer service is a JOKE.

First of all, hours of 7:00 am to 9:00 pm are wrong. Called customer NO service to verify before I went there at 7:00 pm. After 6 minutes of prompts and hold time and a minute more of arguing with them that they didnt need my account number, I was finally told that the office in Oshkosh closes at 6:00 pm. Secondly pricing is $30/month more than Direct TV and ATT for internet. Direct TV has better features on their Genie boxes, such as being able to record/watch up to 5 shows at once. TWC can only do 2. BTW I have called TWC twice to see about lower pricing and was told that they didnt have any other options. Please show me the door.

Its a shame that there isnt more competition out there so that they cant control the market like they do. With their customer service as horrible as it is im baffled that they have any customers. The older lady at the store in Oshkosh is a complete witch and im blown away that she still has a job. Ive been over charged and been lied too on countless occasions. If you can get service from ANY other place, do it! Not one person that i have ever talked to about TWC service is satisfied. Not only are they not satisfied that are completely sick of the way they are treated. Once again, if possible stay away.

So I learned that it is common practice for Time Warner to come by your house while you are at work and cut off your Internet and Cable without any notification. The Reason?? Supposedly they could see my house had a leaking wire of some sort, and instead of notifying me, their technique is to cut off all services and wait for the customer to become mad enough to call and schedule a tech to come to the house to restore services and fix that pesky "leaking wire". All in all we went a week with no internet or cable and were reimbursed $5.30 for our trouble. At least the tech was a very nice guy.

Terrible service. I have slow internet, pay a ridiculous amount and my bills keep going up without any explanation of why it is going up, and the more my bills go up, the slower my internet seems to go. Not to mention, I am not able to get any other provider in my area, so I feel like they are taking serious advantage of their customers. Every time i try to talk to someone in customer service, they are rude and short and are unable to give me any concrete answers as to why my bill is going up. I am seriously considering moving just because of my internet provider.

Company doesnt even deserve 1 star! Havent dealt with the people in the actual office but when you call the customer service they are terrible! You get 500 different answers and never get anywhere when talking to them! They are very rude as well! I have made payment arrangements and they dont honor them. Ive made payments on time and still got disconnected. When it rains or snows our service is extremely poor. I have thus pulled my service from this Company and went to AT&T. I will never ever recommend this Company to anyone nor ever use their services again!!!

This company is the worst, just because they are a monopoly does not give them the right to disrespect their customers time. I scheduled an appointment for today and had to take off work for it because it was the only time that they had available this week. I sat at my house for an hour and nobody showed up. I had to call them after my appointment window and ask where they were and I was apparently skipped now I have to wait a week to get cable installed in my home Im moving in tomorrow. Worst company in the US!

This service is a joke. 20 minute minimum wait for any service over the phone. 10+ Common sense questions an automated machines asks you before you can even get to a for help. If you go through spectrum for any service at all you are whats wrong with this country. Look at the reviews is there any single one person that is satisfied with this service? Just shows you how much of a monopoly this business has and it should be shut down due to poor performance.

Terrible customer service. Keep all records and check your monthly statements. Theyll promise you one thing and then charge you full price...so check your statements monthly. Nothing but a hassle to deal with TWC. If you have other options for TV, phone and internet service, go with them and save yourself the headaches of having to deal with customer no-service and overpriced services.
