I didnt even want to give them one star. The signal box for my building was ghetto rigged. I started service in October and its been hell ever since. I just called to get someone out to fix the signal box in the alley and they tell me i have to be home for them to come fix it properly. Why should i have to continously sit at home for them to fix something outside? Customer service is disrespectful and very rude. Please dont get service from them! Run away while you can!!!!

Customer service is horrible. Company has no consideration for your time. Made appt 4 times waited all day for them. They were no call no show and my time was totally wasted. Service techs lie to company to say they came to your home when they actually dont. Not woth the aggravation to deal with this company!!!! I am telling everyone I know to NEVER use this company!!!

Their cable is overpriced and on demand sucks. And I was told to drop equipment between 8am and 4pm M-F and they have a drop box. So I could have done it the same day. Ugh!
