AWFUL customer service. If you call the 800 number you will be on hold for a substantial period of time. Eventually your call gets transferred to the Phillipines where you get to speak to non english speaking people. Is is very frustrating. They have you spend hours doing all kinds of stuff which ultimately does not work. If you stop at the office in Plymouth you get to deal with Gina who repeatedly tells you that they are a sales office and not customer service. You have to call the 800 number for that. Apparently they can sell you their crappy services but dont have to worry about servicing it. The best thing to do is go online and schedule a service call. The technicians are the only nice people at the company and the only people that know what is going on.

Miserable, Hack Installation, Cable Connection is lost from time to time. Spent 5 hours trying to fix this and clean up after the technician left. Will be back with direct TV next year!
