My internet is great to this day but had some problems with getting installation at my new home. The lady at the actual location was friendly and got us set up no problem. However, on the day that installation was suppose to happen they never showed after confirm through a automatic call to confirm time. I than call the online call center, worse decision ever, instead of getting friendly service the lady on the phone wanted to blame me for everything saying I missed the call from the installer and than turning around and saying that it was a automatic call and when I asked which was it she said she didnt know if it was an automatic or the installer who called. The only reason it gets a two instead of a one is cause the installer when he finally came out was very helpful in trying to get us the best connection possible unlike some company Ive been through that just start the Internet up and leave.

The speed and bandwidth for internet rarely perform as advertised. There were ongoing issues with wifi channels causing chronic lag. Restarting the router was a daily routine. Never had the speed or performance in Gautier we had in other communities in North Mississippi and Central Texas (who had less speed, but far greater reliability). I have heard similar stories from other Cable One Internet users in this area.

Horrible internet service. The customer service people on the phone try to be helpful but cannot do anything when the local service is so horrid. Slowdowns, drop-offs and total outages are pretty much the norm nightly at this point. No discounts given for the down time, either. I really wish another company would come into the area for cable internet. Wed make the switch in a heartbeat.

Installation was fast and profession. The service was of adequate speed, it was used to download large data files from the web and to stream movies. The customer service representatives were very polite and tended to my requests professionally and promptly. The rates are as advertised and I felt that those were fair.

We have been waiting for over a month and a half for Brian Bogard with cable one to come run the cable lines to our house, and apparently he is the only man on the coast that can do this job! HORRIBLE customer service!! We will definitely be canceling our order with cable one and going with ANYONE else!!!!!!!!!

Service is just ok...way over priced and always taking away channels and then a month or two later tell you, you can have those channels for a fee...what the heck. I guess hoping you wont notice. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Stopped service in November and it was the best choice Ive ever made.

Dont waste your time with the call center. I set up install with them, got the email confirmation and they took my money and when I called today the guy said I wasnt even setup for install and it was my fault for not calling to double check. Umm no its Cableone for not doing there job. Asshats!

My internet service was great the first month, then it bottomed out. pages wont load on any of our gadgets. wait for it to load then reload. multiple calls to tech, cant fix the problem. and yet i still pay for this crap. there are no other providers in my area.

Ive been with cable one for 15 years now and they keep taking more more channels off but keep charging me more. They promise you one thing and and then to come back and tell you that you have to pay more for the same programming.

They are NOT open on Monday!!! I did without cable/internet the whole weekend as my modem died Friday night. I just went there and found they now close on Mondays!!! NOT COOL
