Possibly the worst customer service I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Have contacted them twice about internet problems and was told both times they "could not" send out a technician to take a look at it. I repeat, they would not even send someone to come look at it. When you stop caring about your customers, you have failed as a business. Edit: finally sent someone to fix it and a week later its doing the same thing..

Always terrible. One person out of four booths and the one cashier decides to chit chat with the customer about absolute bullshit for 15 minutes. With 6 other ppl in line.
