My family has been with Bailey Cable for almost 20 years if not more. Over the past few years, the price has gone up, and we only get about 50 channels, which is not enough to justify the cost. When we moved, their so called "technician" came to our new home to put in the cables and other necessary items to watch cable. He was a joke. He didnt even have simple tools such as bolt cutters and a hammer in his work truck, nor did he know much to do. Ever since, when it rains, the stations appear grainy. We call and complain, and they state that its squirrels eating the lines. Its pretty weird that "squirrels eat the lines" only when it rains. Bailey Cable TV is not professional and will never have our business again. Spend your money wisely with a different television provider.

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! The absolute worst channel lineup ever... and on top of that, the HD channels (which are only basic local channels) arent even dependable! Customer service doesnt exist either. The ONLY reason we ended up with it is because we live in such a rural area, no other company could provide service.
