The reason for the one star is the wonderful people answering the phone, however the Service side of it gets ZERO stars. Phone has been out 4 days, I even explained it was an elderly person 87 years old and that is her only source of contact and that it was very important to get her up and running as quick as possible. Person on the phone understood and was so helpful to put all of that in the notes of the ticket. Hopefully that day she could get someone out, but if not, first thing the next morning. We are now 4 days later, just called at 2pm and still dont have a conformation of when they are coming. 60 years this woman has never been late on a payment, you would think she would be treated with more respect. BTW, the dial phone that she uses is still the phone companys phone and is still hard wired straight to the road. So we cant test anything.

For the first two months of service I didnt have any service and was told that my bill would be credited which it still has not been and now three months later after starting services my services have been disconnected because their systems says my bank account is closed which its not. I longer have access to my online account and I called to see what could be done and I was told pretty much the only thing that can be done is to pay the balance on my account which is almost $500 for 3 months of service which makes absolutely no sense. I think I might change cable providers. I would not recommend them to anyone other than for customer service which is decent.

This new channel guide is horrible. you cant see the description of the show you are interested in. the info section is contrasted in a way so it blends into the background and is barely visible. for the amount of money Im paying I want to be able to view the show info while I am searching the guide. bad choice in a so-called upgrade, think I will be changing to another provider, due to eatel stating there is no options to change color or contrast.

Horrible service! Worse than satellite, and twice as expensive! Pay more for less. After almost three years we are going back to Direct tv now that they have balcony brackets and wireless tv. Tv gets pixelated and goes out far too often. We lived in Massachusetts during a blizzard where the dish was in the ground and fully covered in snow, yet we had 0 loss. So much for fiber optic! Internet has been ok, at best.

Called your offices on Feb. 6th at 8am about the cable feed being knocked down and disconnected. I was told there wouldnt be a bucket truck available til Monday. Guess what the super bowl is on Sunday! How can a cable company be in business if they dont work the weekends like I was informed on the phone from your service department.

I have had there service for almost a two years and I cant wait for my contract to end. There service that really irrates me was that they dont even get appointments when you need them to come out. If they take an long time to get there they dont even give you a credit. There cable, internet,and phone are alwayas going out.

Their customer service is great do not get me wrong, but the Internet SUCKS! our internet keeps going down and as a college student I CANNOT HAVE THAT! I would recommend them for their customer service but NOT for their internet service or even their television subscriptions.

Personalized service. My cable very rarely goes out unless theres a catastrophe or maintenance, which again, is extremely rare. I pay a bit more, but I get great customer service and a great lineup. The internet service is also extremely fast!
