This is probably why we got the letter right in the middle of the holidays that our rates were going up.Fidelity is already the MOST EXPENSIVE service there is and for us in new Haven there the only service in town ,can you say price gouging.When I called on this they said a supervisor would call me back and see what they could do that was over a month ago.Not the first time my customer service experience was subpar with them

Worst internet around. Sucks that they are the only ones around, and we cant do nothing but be ruled over. Internet is so bad that, im paying for 16mbsp and hardly ever getting this. I honestly think they can up their game and actually give us a quality internet but choose not too.

Its great when it works, which is about 40% of the time. Speeds are constantly slower than what they advertise, and less than 2 hours wait time for costumer service is unheard of. Maybe theyll put effort into their service if a competitor ever arrives.

There Internet reliability and speed stinks. I think there network in New Haven needs updated. You rarely get speeds they say....its very hard to stream and watch videos a lot of times.
