Worst company ever, we moved into our new place with a set up to get our services transferred over. Everything was ok till they shut off our service services a day later. We have never had a late bill and always paid on time. Come to find out the people who lived there before were set up for a disconnection, so we got disconnected due to them. So called charter and they said after numerous phone calls they told me it was due to the prior tentants then told me that I would have to take off ANOTHER DAY from work when I told charter I didnt have any days left. They didnt care and wouldnt make it a priority to come fix something that they messed up originally. So since I took time out of my busy life to work with them they couldnt do they same cause of their "schedule", we have schedules to that help pay your company bills and the workers there as well but when it comes to a company that big all they care about is there$ money $. I talked with an associate, supervisor and a manager between the three they only wanted to bounce me off to the next person, so rude and unprofessional. They told me someone would call within 24-48 hours and guess what NO ONE CALLED so again charter then calls to let us know they are shutting us off if we dont pay. The reason why Im NOT going to pay is when I took off the second time I was let go from my job. When i brought this up to them they then said there is nothing we can do about that sir (even when they said they messed up on the disconnection and on this months bill added over 90$ of "other charges" So since charter messed up my life they can eat the bill or find their equipment out at the DUMP! if they dont fix this then with in a week or so I will be donating their equipment to Republic service/the dump! Then you can speak directly to both my lawyers I have called as well. I SUGGEST NO ONE GET SCREWED LIKE THIS AND JUST GO WITH ATNT. DONT LET THIS COMPANY DO THE SAME THING TO YOU AS WELL. THANKS FOR RUINING MY LIFE CHARTER

Horrible customer service. Called to find out why I was being charged more and she gets an attitude because apparently I should have know about the merger and that they will be increasing prices again. Im already being charged almost $70 for internet (Only Internet) and now you tell me I will charged again. And if I actually paid/ looked at my bill I would have seen an increase.... Obviously I looked at my bill because I noticed the price increase and secondly my bills paid and not due again until the 15th of next month, or would you just like me to pull money out of my ass and pay up for the whole year? They are a rip off.

They suck. I made a payment of $204 Friday morning and another payment of $128 yesterday and they disconnected my service this morning at 4 a.m. I refuse to pay a reconnecyion fee. If my apartment complex allowed Dish or Direct TV I would have gone with either of them. A billion dollar company taking advantage of us

Apparently my GPS sent me to the back of the building. I went there to replace my remotes and there was absolutely no way to get in due to the road being blocked. Either Im the dumb one, or they need a better way for me to get into the building for service.
