Excellent company. Great service.Called them because we had a leaking water pressure valve. We werent sure they would be able to easily find a replacement part due to the age of house and old plumbing system. They worked with me on the phone to get the Manufacturer and Model number. They reassured me it would not be a problem and not to worry. They came out and replaced the part right away. Their employee was courteous and efficient. He brought everything he needed so there was no down time. He explained what he was doing and why as he worked. He patiently answered all my questions. The cost was below what two other companies had estimated. Would highly recommend them.

USA Plumbing has been my plumber for almost 19 years. Joe Martinez, the owner, did the original work when I built my house and has been always on hand when I needed help. He is the best! Today, Joe sent Jason to install a new ejector pump - the original finally died. Jason was polite, professional, courteous and quick and tested the new pump and did a good job cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend USA Plumbing - and the pricing is fair as well!

Hes good at explaining the problem at hand, giving me repair options, as well as advice on how to prevent future problems. Ive been very happy with the service received. Response time is excellent. Quality of repair is excellent and cost is quite reasonable.

They responded to an emergency call within an hour and sent a very courteous, knowledgeable repair person out for my leak and flooding problem.Bruce worked quickly and efficiently and the bill was reasonable for the amount of work done. I would definitely call them again.
