I called Jones to ask them if they could quote making a tailpipe for my 2011 BMW X5. I took the muffler off, but could not source the same sized pipe as OEM locally. I stopped in, Jeremy, the service writer, gave me a quick quote, then I asked him when they may have time to do it. Lucky enough they had time then. The work the tech completed was exactly as I had told to him, the quote was exact, and the quality of work was very good. I would recommend this auto repair shop to anyone. I waited for the repairs, and while in the waiting room the owner came in the office a few times and was very friendly. It seems like almost everyone who came in to get their vehicles knew each other. Very good atmosphere, very exceptional shop.

Jones Auto Care is a relatively new business owned by Mark Jones who has around 30 years of experience as a mechanic. He knows all there is to know about cars, and the customers service is incredible. J.A.C. is the place to get the best car service in Carroll County, Maryland.
