I brought my BMW in to J&F for the first time, knowing it probably needed some expensive work done, e.g. timing belt. Greg was very helpful in reviewing the needed repairs with me, and helped me to prioritize based on my budget, and even went out of his way to give me a ride to my office when their shuttle driver was stuck in traffic. I very much appreciated their willingness to speak candidly about the state of my vehicle, and to treat me as a intelligent person rather than condescend. Based on my experience, I have tremendous confidence not only in their competence, but in their desire to do right by the customer. I highly recommend J&F, especially for BMW owners.

This place is first class all the way! Mike is awesome and above all very honest! Unlike most dealerships.....these guys will in most cases look at your car without an appointment as they did me. They didnt charge me to take a look at my brakes and tell me if they needed replacing which is the norm around town...1-200 just to look at your car!!!!.....the funny thing is i was almost sure i needed new brakes and Mike actually talked me out of it explaining there was plenty of tread left and to wait. WOW.....now that is something! These characteristics are extremely hard to find in the auto repair business and I commend these guys on their ethics and great service!!!!

$3600 estimate was a $3900 charge. Promised for Wednesday early afternoon. I emailed Id be there Thursday at 7:30 AM open. They got "busy". To busy to let me know. Were nice enough Thursday morning offering me a rental apologizing for not letting me know... Car was done at one. My second time there. $125/hour and everything seems billable. Must be careful about what I ask about, mention!? $3900 included a good will discount. Do like them. Think they do good work. Curious about replacing not just belts but also pulleys, Not heard that before. 2003 330xi in for its 90k, Also did front end bushings and rear brake overhaul. Thinking twice before going back...

I had a great experience. These guys looked through a myriad of problems to find the root cause, saving me a ton of time and money compared to other mechanics I had seen just previously. They have great customer service too. The car appeared to be fixed but ended up acting up again so they refunded me what I paid for parts and discounted me on hours worked, they even washed my car for free! - And yes the car was fixed and running great the 2nd time around. Also these guys are very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions and helped me understand key things about the BMW brand and my model in particular. I highly recommend them.

I have been taking my BMWs to J & F motors for several years now, first when my e46 325i came off warranty, and it was in good hands until it reached the end of its mechanical life. Now I have an e39 540i M-tech ,and are great about helping me understand the car and its capabilities. J & F Motors are great about explaining what is wrong with your vehicle, helpful to the owner on becoming more knowledgeable about the car, and Mike, Greg, Blake, Skyler and all the other techs/managers always provide first-rate customer service. J &Fs depth of experience, customer service, and friendly outlook make this the place to take your BMW.

I took my VW Passat station wagon to J&M Motors because a friend has used J&M for years. The engine check light was on, a serious issue. About three days later, my car was fixed for $1800 out of pocket. They also recommended an additional $600 repair. When my car was there, I wondered if I could have had the same work completed at a lower cost. For $1800, I wish they could have given the car a quick vacuum and returned the computer system to the settings that were in place when I took the care in. Greg does a good job explaining the work needed, but if it all car jargon, what difference does it make?

I received the absolute VERY best work and service from J & F that Ive ever known. It was truly such the pleasure working with the team and I will never bring my 2005 BMW X5 to anyone but them. Greg, the service manager was our contact through my cars renovation. They brought my car back to life and it feels brand new and Ive never enjoyed driving it more than I do now. The entire crew was wonderful, so knowledgeable, so timely, so accommodating, courteous, intelligent, etc. You get the picture. Take your car to J & F and you wont be sorry. Ive had my 2008 335i serviced at J&F twice over last year. Impressed with knowledge and customer service and stepping up concerning one of the visits. I had a water pump replaced under warranty at BMW Sterling and within 6 months it went bad. Instead of directing me to BMW Sterling they handled the replacement themselves. And although my other service was expensive, they are very courteous and knowledgable and have the cleanest service area/garage I have ever seen. I only gave them 4 stars, but if latest service lasts Ill be back to this post to upgrade to 5 stars!!

I bought a used BMW and J&F has serviced it since Ive owned it. They have been great taking time to explain issues and repairs as well as discuss potential issues in the future. Their cost and time estimates have been accurate, although one time due to a decrease in the cost of parts, the cost was several hundred dollars less than the estimate. Their drop off service has been helpful and prompt. Based on my experience I would consider them trustworthy. Their prices arent cheap but I feel good taking my vehicle to a shop that knows how to properly service a BMW.

Mike and Greg run a first rate shop! Their team is extremely professional and can tell you exactly what is wrong with your BMW. They know this brand! It is so refreshing to take both my vehicles to their shop and it is diagnosed correctly and fixed in an expeditious manner! Their communication of this issues and your options is beyond reproach! Dont even think of taking your BMW to a dealer or anywhere else but J&F Motors. Ive been coming here for almost 12 years and will continue to do so as long as I own a BMW.

My 6 year old 328i was due for a set of routine repairs (brake pads, drive belt & pulley, etc) and the quote of $10k by the local BMW service center made me consider selling the car. Having always taken my car to the dealership, I was a bit hesitant about taking it elsewhere. Came across the reviews for J&F and decided to try them out. Am glad I did so, and not only are they professional, relatively cheaper than the dealership, timely, but they did not try to fleece me as seems to be the case with the dealerships.

Absolutely first rate. The customer service, diagnostics, top notch workmanship, the professionalism, I could go on and on. I have been a customer since 1979 and have NEVER had a bad experience. J&F has worked on numerous, BMWs and Volvos over the years for me and my husband. The entire team is extremely knowledgeable and always available to answer questions and give advice if needed.
