They said they were busy but if i brought it in the next day they would be able to take care of it. Their prices seemed reasonable, so I dropped it off at 7am the next morning and had a co-worker pick me up. I called them up at 9am to make sure they knew what i needed done. They said it would be no problem and theyd give me a call when ready. Lunch time came around and I thought Id check up on the car, pick it up on my break if it was almost ready. They said they hadnt got to it yet, but it would be certainly be done before five when I got off. No problem. At 4:30 I decided I didnt want to be stuck with no ride home, so I had the co-worker take me to pick the car up. The car had never moved, and the key was still in the night drop-off box. They told me they could do it the next day if i brought it in again. I dont plan on returning.

OH MY GOODNESS!!! I LOVE these guys!!!! on recent trip to VA, we ran into some car trouble. We found these guys on google search and I cant believe our luck!! Not only did they fix the problem but they went the extra mile to insure my car would get me and my family home safely. When I arrived home I wanted to double check my engine and low and behold found that they not only fixed the problems but cleaned my engine! Now it not only runs like new it looks new too!!! You guys really saved us thank you so much for your speedy serivce and attention to detail!!!! The price was also AMAZING!!!! I didnt get a chance to thank them in person but any time im in VA again I will stop by!!! If you want your car taken care of by the best go to Eltham Auto Clinic!!!!!

My wife was on the interstate on the way to Richmond yesterday when her car broke down. She had to be in Richmond in 3 hours for a concert. Eltham towed the vehicle to their garage, diagnosed the problem and fixed it for her. They even let her use one of their computers to get her tickets printed out to help save time. All for great price. She made it with time to spare!

I have found its worth the drive (about 40 mins for me!) to see these guys. Travis is excellent to deal with, their estimates are usually spot-on, and the work has always been done when they said it would be done. A little hard to find, but definitely recommended.

Very good work doesnt try to sell you unnecessary stuff. Fixes the problem with best solution. I would send anyone who needs repair work to them.
