I have a Saturn Astra that needed the following work done - Timing belt & tensioner, water pump and serpentine belt & tensioner. Being an uncommon vehicle, it does require specialized tools and 3 other mechanics I had previously contacted told me they were unable to complete the job because they didnt have the necessary tools. When I contacted Wrench Rite, the shop foreman and manager assured me it was a job they could do and gave me a quote. I agreed to it and tried to set up an appointment via email. It took months to finally get a solid date; not because they were busy, but because their response time is crap. I bring the car to them the morning of the appointment and 2 hours later receive a call at work from them telling me they cant do the job because they dont have the specialized tools. WTF. There was no apology or solution suggested. I would give 0 star if I could.

We are extremely satisfied with all of the work that my son and I have had done at Wrench Rite! The owner, Brian Rivers and his staff are friendly, polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. We own older models vehicles, so we have had numerous repairs made over the last year. When we call to schedule appointments, they always get us scheduled fairly quickly. Each quote has been accurate and detailed. If they find something unexpected, they call us and explain it thoroughly. As a woman, I feel confident that they will treat me with respect, unlike some other local garages. We have recommended them to several of our friends and family members, and they have all been pleased as well. Its nice to know you can still find honest and trustworthy mechanics. Im proud to support a small, locally owned business, and we will not be taking our vehicles any place else.

Great people, great service, helped me out when in a time crunch! Was traveling from VA to VT and not long into trip my alternator went bad on my Miata. Hard to find the part and after finding, really hard to find anyone to install. These guys got me in and out within 2 hours, helped my son and I get back on the road and we made our deadline before the night was over. Thanks so much, as I am a shop manager myself, I can really appreciate that kind of service.

Just busted a zipper on my 3 year old smitty built soft top that I got from wrench rite ... Went in... The immediately called the manufacturer , waited on the phone for me and now I have a new top on the way getting here Tuesday . Of all the times I have been to wrench rite I have been taken care of . Great service and nice people . Its seems like they have a great relationship with their manufacturers as well ... Im gonna keep going back !

These guys helped get my car inspected and ready to go. When it didnt pass emissions, they told me about a waiver if you spend x amount trying to fix it and it still doesnt pass. All in all a good experience.
