I would give this place negative stars if possible. I went there to get my car inspected. When I called to check on car, they told me I needed my "sway bar links" changed. They told me this would cost approximately $250. I looked up the part, which was $14.90, and decided I would have it looked at elsewhere. (Which I did, and was told my sway bar links, front and rear, are just fine- and that it would cost no where near $250 if they needed to be replaced.) When I came to pick it up, I went in by myself first. They told me it was $136 dollars for an inspection and an oil change. When my dad came in, they told him they "forgot to put the discount on" and it magically came down to $84. I know that some instances like this can be miscommunication but I truly feel that they were trying to squeeze money out of me every way they could. I did not feel that these were trustworthy people and will not take my car to them again. I hate writing bad reviews but I just want others to be aware that if you do not know much about cars, they will try to get you.

I will never use this location again. I had a power steering pump replaced a little over a year ago and was told it was a lifetime warranty on the pump and labor. Well it went again and when I went to get it fixed I was told I need to get this part and that part and this part to go along with the pump and that labor would not be covered. End result was that they wanted to charge me over $500 just to put a power steering pump in . Lets just say ended up getting it done elsewhere without needed all the parts they tried to tell me a needed and it only cost me $228.63 for the same work. #Nowarranty #Ripoffcentral #Managementajoke

I came in to get a flat tire fixed. They were quick and friendly. While I was here I scheduled an oil change and inspection. When I arrived for.my appointment they acted like I was an inconvenience. The manager groans and sighs evey time a customer walks in. He has complained to everyone that will listen that they are too busy and over worked. Yet he has not moved from behind the counter. They only have 3 of the 8 bays open and are not very busy. Not sure this location is being run correctly. They could use some help and guidance.

Made an appointment for tire rotation & balance. I was on time, but they took an hour to get to it, then an hour to do it! Within the first 2 days, I have had a system "tire maintenance" warning AND a "tire pressure" warning.

Dont expect your appointment times to be adhered to. They promise thirty minutes but they dont deliver. I was told that a tire rotation and oil change would take 45 minutes. Sorry. 15 minutes, tops. Take your business elsewhere.

Staff are friendly enough but prices are outrageous and according to them my 2 week old air filter was clogged and needed to be replaced. They are the kings of finding problems that dont exist.

I dont like this branch, bcz they are just taking ur money and tells u come in this time but they make u wait almost 3 more hours. They are not stick to their promises....
