I took my car to Milex a few years ago when my regular mechanic was out of town. I was immediately impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the owner, Phil and his staff. The first time I went to his shop, he was only doing my annual inspection. My car passed but he pointed out a few things I might want to keep my eye on in the future. He gave me an estimate on work that I should think about getting done. Unlike many other places, I did not feel pressured to get a lot of expensive work done right away. I know that many repair shops pay their mechanics according to how much business they create but I have never felt that way with Phil. He takes care of my cars as though they were his own and I have been treated well every time that Ive been there. I highly recommend him to do all of your car maintenance. He does all of mine!

I am extremely impressed and satisfied with the customer service here. I am definitely recommending them for complete auto service. I have taken my last three vehicles (both domestic and foreign) to them. They have never failed to address any issues or concerns that I might have had. They are absolutely wonderful. They will go the extra mile to research problems and offer recommendations. They are straight forth and honest. I experienced an issue with my power driver seat in my Chevrolet Malibu. The car dealership wanted $$$ for just the motor unit, not including installation costs. Phil and a top notched technician took my seat out and fixed the problem saving me major dollars. They are my go-to place. I could not recommend them more. I am honored to be a customer here. Phil and Mike understand the meaning of integrity and honesty.

A little pricey but worth the money. I took my car there for the first time today for an oil change and inspection and they took the time to check out a few other things that had been overlooked by other mechanics, including the engine air filter and cabin air filter for my A/C. Although I ended up agreeing to replace the filters in addition to the services that I had originally planned, I did not get the feeling that I was being upsold or taken advantage of because they took the time to show me how bad the parts were and explained the importance of changing them. The car immediately sounded better and hasnt run this well since I drove it off the dealer lot. The owner and his staff were extremely polite, friendly, accommodating and you can tell that they take their business very seriously and want to get the job done right.

My Acura dealer gave me an estimate of $700 to do work that Mr. Transmission (Milex) completed last week for under $300. I keep bringing my cars back because I believe they perform only the work you really need (not a lot of unnecessary extras), and then they make sure that it is done right.
