The Finance Manager, Derek, is the only redeeming quality about this "dealership." Two weeks ago, I spent over $20,000 on the exact truck Id been looking for. Obviously, I knew that used trucks have quirks, and was prepared for that. What I was not prepared for was the sheer mess this dealership was. Some of the quirks were minor scratches and dents, which I was fine with. Also, the tires were badly worn, and in need of replacement, which was also fine. After three days, and less than 30 miles, of the truck vibrating from what I was assuming was due to worn tires, I noted something significantly more disturbing. Three of the lug nuts on the front right tire were loose enough to be unscrewed by hand. I had contacted the salesman shortly after, letting him know about the incident. Instead of an apology and an offer for an inspection to make sure nothing else was wrong, I simply got " I will let service know, glad it didnt turn into a big problem." Another week goes by of the same vibrations until I can get time off of work to put new tires on the truck, hoping that the issue would be resolved by a new set of properly maintained tires. No such luck. So I brought it to the attention of the salesman, and he politely told me to bring it in, and somebody would be there to take a look at it. Following is where a mediocre experience turned worse. This afternoon I brought the truck in. A man who I assume was the manager (never introduced himself) approached me and told me he test drove it, and that the tire shop had failed to balance the new tires. I informed him that no, it was not a balancing issue. Having ridden in, and driven trucks with over-sized tires since I was a kid, I know what a balancing issue is. This truck has something more seriously wrong than a balancing issue. Out of balance tires dont throw the truck into the other lane while turning. He was a bit taken aback and rudely told me that he had driven it, and knows what hes talking about, but he is willing to have someone look at it. I was more than accepting of that, and asked for a loaner truck to work out of for the day that it was being looked at. Even more rudely, he informed me that he wouldnt give me a loaner truck, but "something to drive" instead. After telling him that I needed a truck for work, which is why I bought one to begin with, he basically told me that it wasnt his problem and Id have to take what I could get. After that I was more than a bit agitated and told him that chances are, if the lugs werent falling off when I bought the truck, chances are, it wouldnt be having issues now. I was ever-so-convincingly assured by him that "they were tight, I have no documentation that they were ever loose, and that my guys dont make mistakes." After I could get over the shock of him telling me that I cant tell the difference between a tight and loose lug nut, that the text I was trying to show him was somehow photo-shopped, and that his guys are the best darn mechanics on the planet, I told him that I did have documentation, and no fewer than 5 of my co-workers observed the lug nuts almost falling off of the lug. That was when he informed me that he didnt have time for this, and reaffirmed that in his not-so-expert opinion that it was simply a balancing issue. My story echos many other reviews, and I should have listened to them and steered clear. I didnt, and now I get to go through the headache of fixing a truck that should have never left the dealership in the condition it was in. Dont make the same mistake I did. Save yourself the time, hassle, headaches, and money. Find a dealership that values your business, and purchase from them.

STOP BEFORE YOU BUY!! THERE ARE ZERO FIVE STARS ON USED CARS. MOST ARE FALSE REVIEWS ABOUT THE COFFEE THEY HAVE?? EDIT* AFTER READING SOME OF THESE 5 STAR REVIEWS THEY ARE CLEARLY MADE UP AND HAVE SUBMITTED TO GOOGLE FOR REVIEW* WOULD YOU REALLY POST THAT A DEALERSHIP MADE YOU FEEL SPECIAL?? SOME IS ABOUT THE COFFEE AND WIFI IN THE WAITING AREA REALLY?* 1.Their "market pricing" is a gimmick nothing more they do no research at all. 2.THEY POST FALSE KBB VALUES NOT LINKED TO THE VEHICLE THEY SELL. 3. Used vehicles are IN and OUT they check over nothing, inspections for PA on them are questionable at best. 4. THEY WILL NOT HONOR WRITTEN AGREEMENTS AFTER SALE LIKE FIXING A WINDSHIELD CHIP, REPLACING RUSTY BOLTS EVEN WITH PROOF OF WRITTEN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT! 5. After sale they WILL NOT return calls or even attempt to listen to what you have issues with. STORY Bought used 2012 truck in 2017 with written acknowledgements and verbal acknowledgements on a windshield repair and 4 rusty bolt change outs will not even honor the 200$ in repairs agreed, will not call back saleswoman or managers. 2nd day 100 miles 4x4 hub is bad they never checked 4x4 before sale it a 250$ part not covered under the warranty tested in parking lot just to be sure. Key fob batterys were not replaced both dead. Offered 4000$ less for my trade than another dealership so i kept the car and thankfully because less than 500miles my truck is waiting on me to fix it. Worst car buying experience I have ever had will be going well out of my way to keep people from buying from there. I have called 5 times for 2 weeks (ive owned vehicle for 2 weeks so far) before posting this I even gave them a chance they do not care. Not like my old dealership which i should have stuck with i only came to this place for the falsely advertised vehicle looked like a great deal. They do not have what i would expect from a large dealership network used cars you get better used cars and after sales service from any little car dealership along the road. sales people also totally clueless bout vehicles.

This is the third new car I have purchased with CVM and now Faulkner Dodge. My 1st two purchases are what brought me back again because they were both very good experiences. The #1 reason I have stayed with Faulkner is their top shelf customer service after the purchase. In particular, Doug Smith who is a caring, technically proficient, and a very thorough & professional Service Manager and; Eric in parts, who always goes the extra mile to get the right part, the 1st time, and is technically proficient at making accessory suggestions, is also a great representative of the Faulkner/Dodge Brand. I have total confidence in both departments, no matter who is on the other end of the counter and to me that is most comforting. These two individuals (that I use as prime examples) have bought into the organization 100% and it shows. The Service and Parts departments are what keep me coming back. Doug always finds a way to work with us when we have those no notice service needs and I have not once left the service department without knowing that my concerns are Dougs concerns. I can say Doug and Eric have become friends over these past 10 years. I would be remiss if I did not provide a few accolades to my salesman, Jordan Smith. Jordan was able to answer all my questions and was able to bring the closing deal to the table under terms I was able to feel comfortable with. He was able to withstand my barrage of questions and still made me feel like I was his #1 customer. I was not an easy sale and Jordan stepped up to negotiate the terms that made both Faulkner and I feel like we got a good deal. I want to thank Jordan for being patient with me and seeing this transaction through within my deals specific perimeters in which I was not willing to compromise on. Thanks everyone for restoring my faith in Faulkner Dodge where Customers Come First!
