The staff and mechanics at Platts Motors are honest, thoughtful and conscientious. They will check out your entire vehicle and give you an honest assessment of the problem. Repairs are done very well and I have never paid for parts I dont need. I really appreciate that they are upfront about costs and the time required to fix the vehicle. I like supporting local businesses - especially one owned by people who clearly care about providing the highest level of service to their customers.

I will never go here again. I had them work on my car twice and they still didnt fix my car. Then when they worked on it the second time they did the same thing they had done the first time. Then when they called me to tell me what is wrong they said they ( think it could be the head gasket). You are a mechanic shouldnt you know what is wrong with the car?!?! I will never go here again. To me they just seemed to not really do their jobs.

Stopped by this little shop while traveling for just a quick repair. Ron was awesome. I assume he is the owner if not he should be. He took care of me like I was family. Got me back on the road in no time at a fair price. Ron is a get it done type of guy. I would have my work done at any shop he ran if I lived close to him.

I bought a car from them it over heated the second day I had it towed 150 miles they told me nothing was wrong with it I fly back home and drive the car and it over heated and blew the engine and Ron was rude and told me basically he did not care it was my issue and they were not gonna do anything to help
