I feel compel to write this review because of the excellent service I received from Ted in last couple of weeks and beyond. Two weeks ago, I dropped my Ford F-150 off to have extensive suspension work ($1600) done. On the drive home, I kept hearing this loud noise from front left tire. Of course, I returned the truck and Ted (shop owner) personally repaired it free of charge. Two weeks later, I started hearing same loud noise from same tire, Ted and his staff determined I had slow leak in power steering hose. This time, Ted replaced the hose free of charge except for the cost of hose. I and my family have been taking our vehicles to him since he was located on Jefferson Davis Hwy (Route One). He is honest and trustworthy as advertised. If he recommends a service, please believe that he is only trying to keep your car in top shape and avoid breakdowns while driving. I wish there were more businesses like his and family.

Honest says it all. I took my 2011 Jeep in with a problem and instead of raking me over the coals with a necessary repair that was about to be a nationwide recall notice the mechanic called to let me know of the recall and recommended I take it to Jeep for the free repair when the recall is launched (it was launched about 3 weeks later). It isnt easy to find a mechanic that is not only good but honest - Lyons sets the standards for others to follow!

I dropped off a flat tire at Lyons, without knowing the cause. They filled the tire with air and could not find a leak and the tire held air for hours. They replaced the valve core, thinking it may be a slow leak. They installed the wheel on my wifes car at no charge. Their customer service is outstanding, always courteous and professional. Theyve definitely earned my loyalty with all future automobile issues.

They have serviced our three vehicles Mazda and Nissan are the vehicle types. Good communication and honest business. Spent over 2k since coming here in early 2015 on regular maintenance and much needed repair. Prices are reasonable and theyre certified to do the job. I keep looking at shops closer to where e live but no others can compare. Thanks Lyons, youre worth the trip.

We LOVE Lyons Automotive, right off 234, before reaching rt 1/McDonalds on the right hand side of the road. Been servicing with them for 5 years. They are straight forward, honest, when you tell them you dont want something done, they wont badger you, they say ok and respect what you want to do. They are fast and reliable.

Been with Teddy for over 20 years - bought several used cars from him over the years as well. Teddy and his crew will never steer you wrong and they will let you know when a repair isnt worth the cost of doing it. Wont let you spend money on a car that will have to be replaced. No way would I go anywhere else.
