I have been to this Tires Plus a few times because it is close to home and I received good service at a different Tires Plus. However, this location is awful. EVERY time Im there the work takes 2-4 hours longer than they estimate. While Im waiting most of the other customers are complaining at the desk about how long it is taking and how the service advisor miscommunicated with them. Based on the reactions from the staff these complaints are apparently the norm. My most recent visit I received an estimate of 2 hours for an oil change, headlight bulb, and tag light bulb. 4 hours & 15 minutes later I got the car back and all they did was the oil change. They said they tried to replace the headlight bulb but ended up putting the burnt out bulb back in, and that the tag lights were fine (which meant they didnt even check them). On 1 previous visit the sent me off without doing all the promised work without even telling me. They never even apologize for their mistakes. The only 1 good thing about them is they have not overcharged me on anything. So, if you crave really bad service, and like to be on top of the mechanic to watch him do your work, go to this place and they may actually get the work done at a decent price.

The poor reviews are well earned. I suppose it was too much to hope that Id have a good experience like the lucky few who gave positive reviews here. Went in Saturday, 1/30/16, for a new set of tires and a new steel rim for a Honda Accord. They needed to get the rim from a third party, so they would call me back Monday to come in. Great, so far, so good. Monday rolls around, and no call. I call around noon to find out that the rim was never ordered, nor did they have a record of the quote I was printed out and given, which I still have. OK, Im a little frustrated now, but things happen, so I push through with a new sales rep. As of 2/2, no rim, no contact. I called again, no answer. If you talk to Ari or Bob, they are particularly worthless as sales associates, as everything they told me they were going to follow through with never happened. Ive never worked so hard to give someone $600.

The people here are awesome. A tread blew out on our X3 as we were traveling home from a vacation in DC. We called them and not only did they have the correct size in stock, they took us right away and got us back on the road in about 90 minutes. As a bonus, it happened to be the day of the 2017 eclipse and they were a lot of fun to talk with as we approached the maximum. If you are in need of tires, I cannot recommend Tires Plus enough. They are fair, trustworthy, and fast. If we lived nearby theyd definitely be my go-to place. Please give this small business your support and keep them in your community!

Had an appointment for a tire change in the morning. Truck was taken right in which is great but after an hour and 20 minutes I asked the status only to hear it will be another 45 minutes. Really? They said they didnt have a rack available and had to do it with a floor jack. Who is running this place? It doesnt take that long even with a floor jack. It would have been nice to know it takes them 2 hours just to replace 4 tires so I wouldnt have wasted my time to come here now stuck waiting. I will never come here again and suggest you dont either unless you feel like waiting hours for a tire change.

I had a good impression of the manager but when the service is done, 1 of my tire cap is missing and ruben the tech said its already missing one(which i doubt) and told me i have spare, i was thinkin to myself why he didnt put it in the first place if he knew i have spare. I also have the branded cap and he said he accidentally threw them away and replaced mine with generic ones. Im cery disappointed in this guy, just paid for 130 plus on one tire.,. I dont know if i can recommend them.

Went there for the first time for a flat repair. I have a sports car with rather large wheels, most of places I went to did not want to touch them because of liabilities but Tires Plus took care of it in confidence because of the skill level the machanic Dennis has achieved. The sales associate Steve is professional and friendly. And the technician Dennis definitely knows how to fix a tire properly and efficiently. I will go back and I recommand this place to everyone.

I went online the night before. Got a quote. Made an appointment for the very next day. Took my car up, dropped it off. They were very informative, did not try to sell me unnecessary items. Four new tires, alignment and Oil change all done and ready by lunchtime. Service was great, very clean atmosphere, and very friendly staff. Will definitely return and recommend to others. A+++++

Never use this place. I took my car in to have a tire changed and when I went home the car was shaking terribly. I took the car back to them and they said, "Oh, we forgot to balance the tire." How can you have Tires in the name of your store and forget to balance the tire. Most people that I know that have taken their cars in for various reasons have similar stories.

Customer service is lacking! Could not even ask a question before I was cut off to be told it was too late to do.... Dude, let me finish before you answer! If you do not want people to come 1-2 hrs before you close then tell me... Dont tell me you want to go home on time! Hello paying for a service!

Stood there for 30 minutes and the guy at the front didnt say a word to me. Was too busy to answer the phone. I guess its a phone first business and they dont care if your already there in person. I was patient but geez take 1 second and tell me that youll be right with me... nothing.

The staff was friendly and respected my decisions. I asked a lot of questions, and they were very patient and gave me honest answers. They also gave me a discount. I had to find someone outside because there was no one at the front desk, but they promptly helped me.

Went in for 4 new tires and the manager checked my tires and explained why I did not need them yet. Saved me plenty. I will be back when I do need them. Very impressed. Other distributors I compared did not even look at my original tires.
