I went in for an oil change and to replace a break sensor. After three hours the work was done. When I got home they called me to let me know they forgot to do the oil change! I went back first thing the next morning. They changed my oil and scratched my car!!! A 16 inch scratch down the rear quarter panel. I immediately let the manager (Yogi) know about the damage. He denied that it was his employees, said there isnt anything in the garage that can scratch a car, that it was on the lift the whole time and couldnt be scratched. He didnt even ask the employees. When I pressed him he said to contact the main office and this is why they have insurance. The insurance guy told me they have video and will get back to me. Two weeks later he said they dont have to release the video and its my word against theirs. I just filed in small claims court for the repair costs. Avoid this place like the plaque. Update: I won in court for $1200. What a huge waste of time!!!

Ive been taking my car here on and off for a while now. Until recently, I considered them just a convenient shop to handle little things (oil changes, tire rotations). However, in the past 6 months, this shop has really stepped up its game. They recognized that my car (4th gen Camaro) saw double duty as a daily driver and a weekend toy, and that certain standard parts wouldnt cut it for track and auto-X use. Harry was a trooper every step of the way. From working with me to get the right parts (some harder to find), to assigning the right tech to diagnose the suspension issue with my car, he made the whole process incredibly transparent. Pricing is very fair, and the work is well done. It can be a pain to find a mechanic in Boston, but its great to know that these guys are just around the corner. Definitely recommend.

Went there to change my brake pads and also to show my right fog light (it was not working). Just because i had a coupon i choose to go there but he still priced me over. And to my surprise those were also not the brand new pads. he just installed some cheap quality pads. And the best part comes here.. i asked him to check my fog light. he said i need to replace the bulb. And i said ill do it later. when i got the car there was no fog light thing. there was nothing. when i argued about it, he said there was no such thing when i bought the car. even the manager denies it. He did said to me the bulb is not working and now he is denying the fact that there was a fog light. Worst place. Hated it,.

Originally quoted for two tires and an oil change for under $300 all together, dropped my car off with that quote. Received a call saying the price would be raised to $333 for everything due to Midas not being able to attain the original tires I was quoted with. I asked and confirmed three different times that the ALTOGETHER price would be $333 and the man repeatedly confirmed this. I show up and all of sudden the price is $391. The place is a joke and if I didnt need the tires by Monday, I would have them put my old ones back on and just left. I highly recommend that you avoid this place.

I went there to do the oil change and they told me it would takes 1 hours and 30 mins and better to have appointment, so I set appointment for the day after and went there stayed there for 1 hour and 10 mins and they hadt even touch my car and also they had of deal to do the oil change for 19 bucks but they convince me to use the more expensive oil and told me its gonna be 69 in peace ! After an hour 10 mins I left there without changing my oil and went to Liner Tire store right next to them, And they did it for me in 35 mins without any hassle.

brought my moms car here.. and eventhough they were so busy they took us in and had the car done before the end of the day. I was a bit scared that they would take advantage of the emergency like so many other shops, but they pricing was way less than I thought it would be. I am very grateful to harry and keith and the guys for fixing my car. its no wonder their shop stays busy and full of customers, they know how to take care of peoples cars! highly recommend

Decent place. I go there for my oil changes. They do a courtesy check on your car and let you know what needs to be changed or fixed. I dont know how well they check however, because I went for 2 oil changes 6 mths apart without getting any of the suggested work done and they gave me two totally separate lists of things that needed to be done. I know others that have had issues with this location, but I havent had any major issues with them yet

I waited for half hour for my estimate. before another customer was having a verbal fight the midas worker out there...wasted my time...and gave an estimate of more than what it should have been. I had my work done before for around $700 and these guys not even had a courtesy check and didnt even offer a discount or thanks to come back again.. I definitely not going to recommend this shop to anyone. its just waste of time.

Went in for new wheel replacements. Not only did they manage to not install the tire pressure sensors, they scraped up the new wheels within 3 days of me getting them. So was in and out for about a week bringing the car and they seemed to keep making things worse. Dashcam footage of the MIDAS employee talking on the phone and scraping the wheels. DO NOT GO

Scratch those terrible old reviews! To my knowledge, this shop is under new management and went from mediocre to AWESOME. Harry was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained everything that was going on with my car and now it drives like it just left the spa. I trust these guys to be my go-to from now on.

I have never had any issues at this Midas. The guy who answers the phone and is at the front desk is friendly and polite. One of the actual mechanics that I spoke with was nice, too. As long as youre not in some super rush, just plan to drop your car off and let them do their work on it, and then come pick it up later.

Best shop around with amazing staff. We worked with Harry and Keith they were fantastic. Harry took the time to walk through each of the issues with the car, all of the possible solutions, and helped us do what was best with our budget. Great people, prices, and repairs at this shop!
