I went to Forrest Hills to have an oil change and a tire replaced. Initially, I was happy with the service, but I had to go back TWO MORE TIMES and I currently have a flat tire. The first time: my oil light was still on and I noticed the tire didnt match. I called and the person on the phone argued with me that the tire was right. I was frustrated but patient and they eventually fixed it though never admitted that a mistake (two, actually) was made. Then my TPMS light came on. I called and they again argued with me, even after I assured them that I went to two different gas stations to verify that my tire pressure was correct. I went back in and they "fixed" it, again with no real apology or admitting that a mistake was made. Well today I get to my car and that tire that was replaced is completely flat. So now I am out: 2 hours waiting at Forrest Hills Auto 2 hours commute time there and back to fix their mistakes 1 hour while I sit waiting for AAA missing a doctors appointment And my goddamn patience. Do not go to Forrest Hills if you want your car actually fixed. Please learn from my mistake.

Definitely the best shop in the area and Ive been to several. Bought my 98 civic last year and it had a problem where no mechanic in MA from Boston to Amherst could fix. Tookit here and they not only diagnosed the issue instantly but fixed it quickly and cheaper than most quotes Definitely worth taking your car to. They have great hours and staff. Parking can be pretty tough but they will make space if parking is too difficult to find Highly recommend

These guys repaired a punctured tire on short notice near closing time. Id heard good things from other locals too. I have not had any other service done there (I use a BMW tuner), but gave a 5 because they charged me $15 and treated me well. The last review isnt fair. Car repair centers always charge for the full hour on the first hour, and $65/hr is not bad these days.

They charged me a reasonable price for labor for replacing my catalytic converter. The converter itself cost me $276. There was no way of knowing whether it was worth the price. Then when I decided to get my brake cylinder replaced, they charged me $65 which was the rate for 1 h when they knew that changing the cylinder takes only half hour.
