All, I have never written a review on any business, this experience annoyed me. I just needed an oil change & some exhaust advice on a 1995 Honda Passport. I stopped in at 1:30 on SS Sunday, nobody in the office, the Manager did come in and said that they were having lunch, "come back in an hour, sure were are open, how would you have got in otherwise?". I did return in an hour, it was as if I had never been there, only 1 hour before, " I will get to you when I can, sit in a seat - (cant you see I am staring intently at a computer screen)". After some time sitting with a couple arguing about the poor service, I left. Poor.... Rhodies, this is how they get a bad rap! Sad..... ;-) Valvoline forever! Even if I must go off Island! Dave

I was driving home when my check engine light came on, so I pulled into the first repair shop I could, which happened to be Monroe. After looking over the car, the man at the front desk explained to me that there were two problems, one involving the coil and spark plugs and one involving the front struts. They quoted me $560 to fix the coil issue, and approximately $1,500 to fix the struts. I was unwilling to pay that much, so I drove it next door to Jonnys ghetty. They informed me that absolutely nothing was wrong with the struts, and only charged me $260 to fix the issue with the coil. I will never return to this Monroe muffler, and I would recommend avoiding this location at all costs.

I got a synthetic blend oil change and it cost me $50. Pretty expensive, but the guys were your typical mechanics. I thought he was pretty nice. I would have left a four star review of the place until I read the other reviews. Im giving three cause I didnt have a bad experience and it wasnt out-of-this-world experience either.

Good location. Manager is always thorough. Scheduled online. Shop was ready for me when I arrived. Had parts in stock and helped me work the rebates and financing to get the best savings and most for the money.
