I took my car in because I kept hearing a loud rattling coming from the back end of the car when I would go over 65mph on the highway. Next thing I know, theyre telling me my front wheel bearings are corroded and should be replaced ASAP and that it will cost me $540 per wheel. So I make an appointment for the next day. Early next morning decided to take it to an auto shop (just to double check) Come to find out the wheels are fine and it was just the spare tire was loose in the back. Pretty sleazy to try and take advantage of a woman like that! Another customer who had just gotten there had his battery suddenly die and he was just there for a state inspection. Why cant these type of businesses be monitored?

absolutely horrible!!! i have nothing nice to say. i got a new acura rl and these idiots couldnt put on 4 new tires, breaks, and align the tired correctly! i payed almost $800 for these services which is a rip off, they aligned it twice and was still not done correctly, then the third time they sent it elsewhere to have REAL professionals do the job and i was told that meineke stripped a lugnut so i again had to go back to meineke for the 3rd time. this was a huge process that should have been done right the first time. my friend is currently going through something similar and is on his 2nd time of having meineke fix their mistakes.... no one i know will ever go to them or any meineke ...EVER!

Ive been dealing with meineke for years and they do a excellent job and treated me excellent and Never has tried to up sell anything to me. I would recommend them always to anyone. for they do the Job such as I have had needed mufflers, and brakes and inspections and they have been honest with me for years. they also guarantee their products and service. they have excellent customer service and always have been polite and good knowledge on what they do.

I was very impressed with the group running this shop. I took my car in for a brake inspection expecting the worst. They were prompt with getting in touch with me and only recommended the brakes be cleaned and adjusted. For all I know they could have replaced the entire brake systmes costing me thousands. I certainly appreciate their honesty. They even rotated my tires for free and noticed upon inspection they were cracking and in need of service.

I found the staff to be extremely friendly and professional. Thank you Francis for being honest, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I was stressed out over a noise I heard and after deciding to bring it in I was relieved to find out it was a loose rubber piece that Francis fixed up for free. He advised me on when I should expect my brakes to need service next and I look forward to visiting this location again this coming fall. Thank you!

Great service, I have a 2005 Cadillac Deville I brought it to Meineke 323 BROADWAY SALEM at 7:00am unannounced with a damaged brake line. The manager was working promptly at 7:00 am and worked me into his busy schedule. He fabricated a new brake line evaluated all the other lines and had me fixed and on the road by 10AM. Great price, Great service, Highly recommend. Thank You Meineke, Ray Madore Windham NH

after going there for 8 years all of a sudden they tell me the window tint that has been on the windows since 1996 has to come off. also that my windshield wiper blades were no good cause they dragged a little when there was no water on the glass. no common sense there. bad move on their part, even though I like paul, I do not know if will go back.

This is one of the few auto repair places where they do what they say, for the price they say, without additional up-selling. If no repair is necessary, they tell you so. In short, they do quality work, with integrity. Plus, free WiFi allows me to work while waiting.

DO NOT GO HERE! I was a walk in late day inspection. They tried to tell me I needed all this repair work done in order to pass. I took my car somewhere else and it passed with flying colors. Nothing but a bunch of scam artists. Wish I could rate them zero stars.

Came in for an inspection sticker. They tell me I need rear brakes and windshield wipe blades. My wiper blades work fine and the brakes were checked a month ago and I was told they were fine. Go figure Im in a place that does break jobs.

Waiting on my car to be finished, but got quoted literally half of what I expected to pay, and they are very professional, friendly, and honest. Ive been here before without trouble, and will be more likely to return again after today.

They took me at end of day for inspection. But tried hard to find something to fail me on. When I went to another station for re-inspection they said they would have advised to have tire checked and not failed.

They fixed a brake line less than ten feet from drivers side to rear about one hour 250.00 and was told only a band ad great job Meineke thanks for nothing
