Went there for an oil change awhile back on an old car. Everything was fine till I left. Car smoked all the way home. Turns out they didnt tighten the oil filter all the way, so oil leaked out. Called them an complained to the point they drove to me to check it out. They said it was nothing they did and wouldnt take responsibility for it and left.

Manager was very rude and didnt even get my oil change right, didnt change the filter and stripped the drain plug. Seriously should have done this myself, its one of the basic things you can do to a car and they messed it up. Would give 0 outta 5 stars if I could.

My wife came there for oil change. They pursuaded her to do radiator flush and fuel system cleaning, although it was completely unnecessary at that time. This place is a complete rip-off.

There must be incentives for them to get you to do other things; just make sure you only get the oil change. Your mechanic can tell you if you need anything else.
