I purchased 4 tires from Sulivan Tires last year for my work van and the year before I had purchased for my passenger car. when they sold me tires they were claiming they would do free tire rotation every six months. It came they time for me to bring my vehicle for tire rotation and every time I call in to take my van for them to do it they are claiming they are too busty to do it for next two days. They expect me to leave my work vehicle for days ! for them to get to it without scheduling time ? I have to stay home for 2 days for them do the tire rotation that they promised when they were all over me to sell it ? So I tried even other Sulivan locations they same and different times and days and months. and I hear the same thing every single time I call that " they are so busy they can not get it " I f I called and wanted to buy new tires they would open the store after ours for me ? ! I decided never again with these dishonest company will I do business !

I took my car in for an alignment, and they told me that some of the parts were frozen and it would cost 480 dollars instead of 89 dollars to perform the job. I took a car home put it up on jack stands, and found that nothing was frozen at all. The tie rod adjustment nuts came loose easily with hand tools. It is amazing; the reason the car was in there was because I had just replaced control arms and a shock absorber, so they knew I had some technical competence. and yet it seems they still try to take advantage of me. The good news is the manager called me about this review and was greatly concerned about what happened, and that it not happen again.

Beware of this place. They bent my door hinges and did everything in there power to avoid paying for it. I did eventually get them pay after battling them tooth and nail. The manager was very nice about the whole situation while at the same time very hard to get to change his opinion or understand facts. Clearly he has had practice doing this.

sullivan tire did work finding the right tires and the work as promised . however , waiting was eternal . took a long time to finish mounting and balancing . a decent outift to procure new tires , but be sure to bring a good magazine or your kindle- youll be glad you did .

This is a super place. We have had nothing but good experiences here. The staff are very, very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. They are also very fast and they have fixed everything right the first time. Highly recommended.
