After being a loyal customer for 16 years, thing at this shop have changed. Their new management seems to have no concern with integrity, customer service, customer retention or standing by their work. After using sub-standard parts (this according to their own mechanic), which caused a slew of new problems which they claimed were unrelated to the "fix", and replacing a whole bunch of things that didnt need to be replaced in trying to solve the new problems (and the unresolved original problem), I finally took it to the dealership when my brake line blew out (unrelated to the original problem, except, according to the dealership, that the brake line was damaged by whoever worked on the axle, the original problem) who identified the work that had been done (without my hinting at what work they had done, just in describing the symptoms) as the source of the problem(s). In approaching NETire about it, the new manager, said it couldnt be true, everything they had done was necessary ("trust me"), get it in writing and theyd refund the axle (1/33 of the total bill) but not any of the unnecessary work that was done (unnecessary according to the dealership, who had no incentive to make it up, I dont typically get service there, and were not quoting me to do the work). All in all, if you want a low integrity management to treat you poorly after being a loyal client for a decade and a half, and to not care to keep you as a customer, or to actually fix problems, but are happy to install parts unnecessarily and take your money and claim the problems they cause in "fixing" it are "new and unrelated", this is the place for you...otherwise, I think youll be happier paying through the nose at the dealership, or just finding another shop for your car service, tires, etc...

Dissapointed.. Use to like coming here as they always did the best jobs with alignment and had great customer service.. But they just got done telling my parents they needed new brakes and rotors and other work, when I just did the brakes less then 15k miles ago. We ordered all new parts to do it ourselves and couldnt believe the brakes were still in almost brand new condition. Ended up having to go back and return all the parts. Dont let this place scam you!

Great Job guys!.. there is an All NEW CREW of management, oil tech.s, Certified Auto and Alignment techs. Etc. The place has a fresh New Look. The service manager Nathan Jones went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. Thanks again guys you were great

Ive heard mixed things about this location - when I went they told me I needed to buy a new tire for a hole I could have plugged, and tried to sell me on other repairs that it turned out I didnt need either. I had gone in for an oil change.

had 4 new tires put on...love goodyears. did fine job putting on tires, but do not expect them to be so nice with your lug nuts and rims. gouge marks and over tighted lugs. the impact wrench is to HELP fully tighten your lugs boys...
