Dishonest, overpriced, gave me bad advice that would have wasted $1950. First time I had car towed in because it wouldnt start. They charged 140 to replace the spark plugs. A week later a cylinder was misfiring so I took it else ware and was told the spark plugs were bad so I had them replaced again to get driving again. Next time I brought my car in was a couple weeks later when the engine was shaking and struggling (often stalling) for about a minute after being started. They diagnosed the problem as a bad gasket and wanted $1950 to fix it. Oh and they charged a $100 for the 5 minutes they spent to figure that out. I eventually took my car to C&S auto on 10 Mile and found out the immediate engine problem was a bad cam sensor. The gasket was also bad but he advised that it wasnt worth fixing because all the driving on it had probably caused other engine problems and it wasnt worth fixing. I decided to just have them replace the engine with a new one at half the mileage for $1400 total. The car drives great now.

I came across this shop purely by convenience from where I live. However, after being a customer for over 2 years now, I will not take my vehicles anywhere else. My mechanic, Scott, is honest, trustworthy, extremely experienced, and appreciates each customer relationship and strives for customer loyalty (which is very important to me). Ive had 3 different vehicles worked on for numerous things, regular oil changes and Ive been extremely satisfied. They are up front about explaining the work that needs to be done now, and what can wait, and their prices are very reasonable for the quality of work they do. Like I said, Scott will be the only person Ill take my vehicles to for as long as hes still working on them. I appreciate the whole team who works at Madison Tire but I truly value the relationship with my mechanic Scott. I recommend ANYONE to use them, or give them a try and see for yourself. :) Thank you again, I appreciate you all very much!!

Cheapest Prices!! Quality Work!! - Im very particular when it comes to someone working on my cars, however I didnt have the equipment to do it myself. I took my car in that I just purchased and had them do minor work on it. Not only were they the lowest price in the whole Detroit Metro Area, they have excellent customer service and workmanship, which is hard to find today. One things sure, I will be referring everyone I know that needs work done to take it to Madison Heights Wheel & Tire! Im a satisfied customer, I trusted all the previous reviews I read prior to taking my car in, and it paid off!

I am a VERY frequent customer with my little lemon...They are AWESOME!!! Always have been honest, and very fair. They have seriously built me a new van...From a new engine to tires, brakes, electrical...man too many things to name!!! I highly recommend them and so does my car!!! I called in the morning before I came in for a tire repair, and Tom was very nice and helpful. I was calling to make an appointment after work, but he told me they only do walk-ins. The tire repair was $20 and they were very transparent with what exactly the issue was. The was a man also there for car trouble (although his was much worse than a deflating tire), and Tom was very considerate with trying to help the man out as much as he could. As someone who just moved to the area, Madison Heights Tire and Auto just earned my future business.

Ken and Joe (and the rest) have always done terrific work on my landscaping fleet. They even struggled one time with an odd size tire from my lawn fertilizing spreader when I was not able to get it off. Fast service, quality work, reasonable prices. I no longer ask for an estimate when I go there, but, rather, tell them to just fix it and call me when its done. Thanks, guys!!

Day after Thanksgiving we had a flat on our way up north. With the family loaded up I took it in to belle tire and they said a 4 hr wait! Even though thats where I bought my tires from I decided to try this place. So glad I did. An hr later I was out the door for 23 bucks! Holy hell I was surprised! Im going there from now on. Belle tire is just always too busy.

Madison Tire auto is very awesome!!!!!!!! They have great mechanics and they get the job done. Everyone there is so pleasant. I never have any trouble after having work done on my vehicles. Dropped off my tire to be replaced. The guy told me a hour call back 4 hrs later to see what was the problem. They just never did it and told me to come by before they close which was another hour. While speaking to the person, he was rude and very improper. Will be contacting the BBB.

These guys saved me $700+ Dollars. I had issues turning left, Belle Tire quoted me $750 for 2 new wheel hubs. These guys found the real problem. My exhaust fell off the hangars and was hitting the tires. A cheap fix! Great job guys!!
