Valley West Good year has reshod our 7 Subarus, currently 3, with over 850K between them, for as long as weve owned them. The same goes for our little girl, a 1998 Z3, who just turned 17. Jeff runs a great shop. Their prices are competitive, but most important is the quality work they put into routine upkeep, as well as the repairs and replacements that are necessary as cars age. I Drive 80 miles to work and 80 miles home every day, so I know- and our cars show, just how well theyre taken care of. Goodyear tires are simply the best on the road. From the Tripletred All-Season radials on our AWD Outback to the F1-Asymmetric All-Season radials on our Z3, nothing beats the care or tires we get at Valley West Goodyear!

I paid a premium for a simple break and router replacement. I had it in twice to be fixed, because the breaks continued to make excessive noise. I found later when I finally took it to NTB they had bent a router plate completely wrong and had botched the pad adjustment so they werent releasing. It took the other place a half hour to find their handy work and fix it. They also installed an economy tie-rod which is not holding correctly, and I will possibly have to get it replaced AGAIN. I will not be returning to this or any Goodyear location in the future.

I cannot begin to say enough good things about Jeff, John, Bob, Ted and the rest of the staff at Valley West Goodyear in Bloomington. They have consistently provided exceptional service, auto repair and maintainance to our familys vehicles for over the last 30 years. I have found them to be incredibly honest, reliable, dependable, timely and always provide sound recommendations. These attributes have become increasingly hard to find. We have been going to Valley West Goodyear since the mid 1980s. They are always friendly and respectful and trustworthy. We have gone in thinking work had to be done; they checked it out and found a simple adjustment at no charge. When my daughters got their own cars, they had a place to go where their lack of knowledge and experience was never taken advantage of. In an ever less personal and less competent culture, Valley West Goodyear stands out as a family run business where one is known by name and ones car is maintained properly.

Im so glad we found this particular shop! Been going here for about 3 years for oil changes, new tires and repairs on our used vehicles. Because of prior bad experiences, I was always checking online for a better price or felt disgusted with poor and rude attitudes, inconsistency, and pressure. No longer! These guys like what they do, keep you informed, are genuinely nice, eagle eyed, safety oriented, and I trust the prices- theyll save you money if they can. Experience counts. A gem! Thank you!

I found them to be fair. Ive met the owner/manager and was able to have a nice discussion about business values and ethics. I brought a car in believing there may have been a strut/shock problem, but they told me all was good and didnt charge anything or try to sell me even the most basic of scheduled maintenance as my shocks/struts at over 100k miles could certainly be preventively replaced. That type of attitude builds trust.
