I just wanted to send a quick thank you to whomever helped me this morning at Arboretum Tire & Auto. After a very stressful morning at a doctors visit, as I was driving home 20 miles away my tire pressure light went on in my car and the right tire said the pressure was suddenly down to 21 (which made me nervous because I had my 3 year old and my 2 month old in the car with me and didnt want to be stranded on the side of the road with them!). I stopped at 3 different gas stations in Chaska and all of their air pumps were out of order. After I finally found a working one at the gas station next to your building, I pumped air into it (or thought I did) and it still said low pressure. All the while, my little baby was screaming in the car which made matters even more stressful! I came in to your business and tearfully asked for help and I didnt get his name (but I think he had a goatee), but he took my car in immediately and pumped air into it. Another gentleman offered my 3 year old a sucker which made her extremely happy. Please let your employees know how thankful I am for their kindness. I was a complete stressed out mother and am very thankful for their help which made my day a little less stressful!

Horrible service, dishonest people, they dont honor there warranties, and they use poor quality parts(3 times for the same part so far). They use crappy parts and very short labor warranties (half of Auto Pros warranties for example) so when the part breaks they replace the part, but you have to pay for the labor, and tow if needed. We had the same part replaced 3 times in 3 years and had to pay for labor. They WILL weasel out of there parts and labor warranties. The owner and I agreed on an arrangement; He then called back a couple hours later to back out of the agreement. Plus- Cant do a simple oil change with out forgetting to put the oil cap back on. A friend had a similar problem with Arboretum replacing parts with out knowing whats wrong (radiator, head gasket, then turns out to be a cracked engine block) and kept having to go back. Many mistakes. Dont trust your car with them.

Ive taken my car here for oil changes about six times. Today when I took the car in for an oil change I also had a tire pressure light on the dash indicating I needed air in a tire or two, but they never bothered to check or fill my tires up as part of servicing my car. Matter of fact they bought my car back to me running with the light still ON after the oil change. This service is clearly listed as checked on my receipt but was obviously never performed. Ended up doing it myself when I got home. Im sorry, but when I pay $73 w/tax (and $6.00 skid plate fee..?) for their Ultimate Oil Change, I expect to get a few pounds of PSI in my tires. Other then this gripe, friendly service and a decent waiting room.

I had my radiator hose busted. From Winsted MN. I then needed a tow. I had triple a tow me to Chaska To Arboretum Tire & Auto.Since I called Jay motors Which is a dealership.In Hutchinson MN. They didnt want to give me a loaner car. Or I called Kingston auto . Both wont come with a loaner car. Or come and get me. I Called tripple aaa. And told the lady that I need a shop with a loaner car. She found me this Shop. I am Glad I went her a loaner car is very important to me. I only have one car and dont like to miss work. As far as service. It does seems a bit High but I needed a loaner car and they where fast at fixing it. And you get what you pay for these days.

I’ve been going to Arboretum Tire and Auto since they opened. When you make an appointment for an oil change or for repairs, they get your car in on time and they encourage you to use their coupons. The place has a very open and safe feel to it and it’s clean. They have a child friendly waiting area. For repairs, they are thorough and professional using current testing and mechanical equipment and quality parts. My car always seems to drive better after the crew there has worked on it. They also have a rental car available which I’ve only needed to use once but it really helped me out.

I have used Arboretum Tires service for many years on multiple vehicles. These repairs include water pump replacement, power steering pump replacement, wheel bearing replacement, brake repair/replacement, and various others including routine oil change/tire rotation. They have always been honest up-front and always complete the work on time. I have purchased 5 sets of tires over the years from them too and have always found them to be a great value compared to other shops. I support them as a local business and would highly recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I are long time customers. About a year ago we took our Toyota Avalon to the dealer for extensive maintenance work. It didnt use oil until the dealer worked on it--then it used so much oil that we nearly lost the engine. The dealer told us it was a "sludged engine" and offered a replacement for 9 grand! After tiring of checking the oil daily, we took the care to Mike at Arboretum Tire. He discovered leaky valve covers and put in new gaskets. Problem solved. We are back to not using oil between changes. Great, competent service!

I have been going to these guys for 8+ years now and I continue to go, due to the very nice service I get. I work in customer service and that is the thing I look for every time I go somewhere, and they continue to show that all the time. These guys know what they are doing, and will not mess with you when it comes to fixing your car or truck. I would recommend these guys to all my friends and family. I havent been here, but called them on two occasions since they were close. For a simple swap with pre-mounted summer/winter tires and TPMS reset, they seemed steep, close to sixty bucks. Had it done at another place for twenty, as they only charge you for a rotate. Maybe for other things they are worth the premium, but for simple tasks, wouldnt bother with them. There are other honest independent shops, check with friends for references.

My husband and I moved to Chaska four years ago and prefer a local shop for our vehicles. Arboretum has been great with every vehicle we have brought to them. They have serviced both our domestic and foreign vehicles. Even if we choose to move a little further west, we will probably still come to Arboretum. Thanks guys for being so reliable!

I recently purchased a set of Cooper CS4 tires. Best tire I have ever bought. Very little road noise and great traction. Over the years I have had alot of different tire brands. These Coopers are the best. Mike and Cody from Arboretum matched the competitors prices and have free rotations. Great tires, great service from Mike and Cody.
