I took my car into All Pro in November to simply get the antifreeze level checked and the tires rotated if they thought they needed it. After doing these things and a general checkup on the car they came back and proceeded to tell me that they did rotate the tires as it was needed and noticed the tires were choppy and said that I will need new shocks and struts to fix this problem. The estimate for these repairs came back at nearly $1400. Thinking that was outrageous and I hadn’t noticed any issues with my vehicle (they said it would be bouncing) which only has 64,000 miles I refused the service that day and immediately called my trusted hometown auto body (where I have a parent working). The guy there immediately told me that I shouldn’t need shocks and struts on a vehicle until at least 100,000 miles and to bring it in to him over Christmas to look at. He also stated that if I did by chance need them the cost would be at least half the price if not more. So it comes Christmas time and I take it in back home (again at the place where my parent works….they aren’t going to screw me!). Come to find out my tires are not choppy, my shocks and struts are fine, and he rotated my tires back as he said they shouldn’t have been rotated in the first place in November. I am a young single female who took my car into the All Pro near my house and basically they tried to screw me out of nearly $1400 for a repair that I didn’t even need after simply asking for a small fix of antifreeze level check and tire rotation which ended up not being needed. I placed a call to this business in regards to this and they basically told me that if the computer tests they hook up to say something needs fixed that’s what they go off….mind you no computer test was mentioned in first place. They said the mechanic noticed my tires were choppy and concluded I needed shocks and struts. In addition this is not my first incident with this place of business where they have tried to talk me into additional expensive repairs. I took it in once for a light on the dash and had a $600 sensor fix (which who knows if that was right). I also took it in for brakes that were nearly $900 which also seems extremely high. This place is extremely overly priced and their diagnostics are a joke, trying to rip people off! Just because I’m a young female I won’t be trick into unnecessary repairs and the jokes on them when people have family connections in the auto body business that will be honest! I WILL NEVER give any business to this place again and will deter anyone that I know from going there as well.

I wouldnt go back. I brought a used flat tire/ wheel and a different used tire in to have swapped. I specifically asked that the tire that was to be swapped be checked for leaks and be repaired if necessary before I left as I wanted to be sure I would not have another flat. Long story short, I put this tire back on my trailer and it sat in my driveway for a few days and it went flat. It wasnt a new tire and they dont have a tank to check for leaks(only a spray bottle) so I can see how they missed the leak. The issue I have is when I went back and told the GM(Chris), who told me he was the owner that the tire went flat he immediately became defensive/argumentative started making excuses and was insistent that I would have to pay again for them to even look at it. All I was expecting is that they take a look at it again since they missed the leak. The guy has zero customer service skills. The fact is that the tire went out of the shop with a leak when I specifically asked for it to be checked and was charged accordingly. Even a new tire can have a leak for various reasons but he tried to tell me it leaked because it was used. If the tire was bad and leaking they should have told me and I would have purchased a new tire the first time. I finally got him to admit this instead of making up excuses. After blowing up on me he asks me what I wanted him to do. I told him I shouldnt have to tell him that but he could start by checking the valve stem since they didnt put a new one in. By this time Chris, the GM was pretty belligerent and I already knew that I would never go back for Anything so I left it at that. I have since had the tire properly seated on the wheel elsewhere and the supposed bad tire is no longer leaking. Im glad I didnt make the mistake of letting them do a major repair as they obviously do not stand behind their work.

All Pro has been my go to place for the past several years and has been fairly good. I have felt that they have been honest with me about my vehicles and charged me a fair price. I have had two instances recently that have frustrated me. The first one what I brought my vehicle in to have a transmission fluid change and after that my transmission was not working properly ( it was before that) it was very cold out at the time and so I thought maybe the temperature was having something to do with it. I fonally brought the vehicle into the Toyota dealership and they told me that whoever did the work did it incorrectly and it cost me a couple hundred extra dollars to have it done correctly. Now today I called in to get prices on new brakes for my car and the guy did not want to give me prices?? I had to ask him for prices on new brakes for my car at least 3 or 4 times then the final time he told me it would be anywhere from $250 to $700 without asking me what kind of vehicle I had or anything like that. Yes, I get that there could be other issues but I know my car and I know it needs brakes, and when I ask you for a price on new breaks several times please just give me a price and not the runaround. I will bring my car to you if your brakes are competitively priced...even if it is not the brakes causing the squeak...because I plan on getting new brakes no matter what. I am rating them a three because they have done well for so long, but hope the last few instances is not their new normal.

My fiance had his 2002 Land Rover Discovery II towed to this shop and he was charged a fortune for a sensor to be replaced based on a diagnostic that was done. The day after he picked his truck up it cut off again and overheated. We paid $415.00 for towing, diagnostic sensor and labor to this shop and had to invest more money in replacing the water pump and cracked radiator. In my opinion these issues should have been seen in the visual inspection since the radiator Crack ran completely up one side. The diagnostic should have been able to detect more than just a sensor which actually may not have been the issue at all. I had a serpentine belt replaced on my Mercedes-Benz ML430 and an oil change. My oil started leaking a week later. This is an issue that I didnt have prior. I will never use this shop again and I will never refer them to anyone. Their prices are very inflated and Ive never been charged for towing and/or diagnostics by a shop when I was having the work done....major disappointment for us. My father owned a shop in Florida and my fiance is a diesel mechanic by trade so I have a clue about vehicle repairs. Maybe they are a hit or miss depending on the day of the week. It would be nice to see them attempt to respond to reviews with less than 5 stars.
