Awesome Experience! Its hard to find an auto shop to trust and know that they are looking out for your best interest instead of their own pocket books. Had an issue with my vehicle close by the shop; brought it in and they got me into a loaner vehicle and on my way quickly. Checked my vehicle out the next day and found it to be a faulty part that is not cheap to replace, but went the extra mile and checked out GM forums and found out that it was under warranty and that i had to schedule a time to get it replaced at a dealer. I would have never known the part was covered if they did not go the extra mile to check it out and would have paid the $500-$700 to get it replaced and would have been happy, because my vehicle is 1 month out of factory warranty. Would recommend them to everyone! My wife had the same experience with them just a couple of months before on her vehicle and the experience was fantastic as well. Best part is that they did not charge me a cent and gave me the documents that i needed to have the dealer warranty my part!

I was very happy with Pro-Techs service. I was able to schedule my appointment within a couple days of calling, received a loner car while my car was in the shop, got a thorough explanation of everything related to my vehicle/situation, and certainly felt that Tom, Dan, and Alan genuinely cared about me and my motorhome. My coupon was honored, the price was fair, and their follow-up (thank you note, thank you / check-in call, mailing list flyer, etc.) were all appreciated and demonstrative of a responsible, professional shop. I will go back when I return to MN, undoubtedly (the service I received was to get my vehicle ready for a trip to TX for the winter) and will recommend their services to others in the area looking for a reliable garage. Services received: Oil change, tire rotation, and maintenance inspection on Class B motorhome. Additional investigation and testing for possible parasitic electrical draw causing battery to go dead.

I really love the commitment to service Pro-tech has. They are very good at providing you with a loaner if you need it, and they give you the whole story in regards to your vehicle. They let you know what needs to be done and what might need to be done in the future. I know several others in the community who use Tom and his crew to maintain their vehicles and I have heard nothing but praise from them. They are very good at finding a problem, at some other mechanic shops that I will not name here just throw parts at it until its fixed. At Pro-tech they know how to find the problem and have worked on so many cars that they know from experience how to get to the root of the problem. The long and the short of it is if you want to deal with someone you can trust this is the place to go, thank you Pro-tech for the service you provide.

I have taken our cars to Tom Gleason at Pro-Tech for about a year. The first time I went he told me he could replace the part I needed for about $1,400.00 but I could take it to another shop and maybe they could weld the existing part and I could save about $700.00. Now thats looking out for your customer. As it turned out the other shop could not do the work so Pro-tech did it but the idea that someone would turn away business in order to help a customer save money is just what you want in a mechanic. Another thing I really like about Pro-Tech is that you get a free loaner car when you drop off your car so you dont lose any time. I strongly recommend Tom, Steve and Pro-tech Auto Repair. They are true professionals

Last week I stopped in for a routine oil change. They new about a problem that my truck can have and at no extra charge did an inspection. It turned out the part (which they showed me) was close to being destroyed. They gave me the option of replacing it or not (no high pressure tactics). I was thankful they saved me the headache and extra cost of getting a tow when it finally failed. We use Pro-tech for all of companies vehicles. They are honest, reliable, flexible and all around good people. Tom and Dan tell you exactly what the problem is and give you your options for solving it. I wouldnt trust any other mechanic with our fleet. I highly recommend Pro-tech.

Honest, reasonable and friendly service. I have been bringing my vehicles to Pro-Tech for over a year, and have never been disappointed by the service or the price.
