We wanted to thank you for getting us through to Chicago and back home safely. The beginning of our vacation could have been pretty devastating and delayed were it not for the great attention provided by you and your team. An 8 hour job was completed in 4 and we were back on our way. Knowing we were from out of town and needed the repairs, you could have held us hostage regarding the costs but we left feeling well taken care of and happy to have met Chaz and yourself. Made us happy to see there are still honest caring people around. Not to mention providing the wife with a car so she could shop in Albertville while the work was being done. How considerate is that! I just had a fluke problem happen to my drivers side door. There was no way I could keep driving like that so I called Superior Brake & Auto, Brian told me to come in right away so he could see what he could do. After a couple jabs and pulls, he had my car back to normal. He told me not to worry about it and I could have cried I was so relieved. Ive been through the ringer these last couple weeks with various car repairs. I dont think Brian knows how his small fix was so important to me. Thank you Superior Brake & Auto. I highly recommend. Everyone in our office goes to these guys because they are just great! Ive gone in a couple times now for various reasons and Brian is extremely helpful and very nice. He always keeps me updated, checks with me if he finds other problems and is quite speedy. On top of all that, their prices are awesome!
