I purchased a used Suburban on 11/11/2016. The same night I bought it, the check engine light came on. The salesman, Joshua, told me before I purchased the vehicle that a transmission code was "cleared out" do to a prior repair from 2012. When I spoke to Joshua, on the same night, he assured me it was due to the gas cap not being on tight. It never went out and Wolf said they would see what the problem was. They gave me a diagnosis of transmission failure. After filing a complaint with the Attorney General and BBB, they offered to replace the transmission with a used one and pay for only part of the cost. They quoted me almost double what another shop would charge for the same work (meaning little to no loss for them). I purchased this vehicle for my wife to drive around our 5 children in and was assured it was thoroughly checked out before I made the purchase. Instead of taking care of me, the dealership continuously used the word "AS IS as to why they wouldnt do the right thing and fix the problem. I realize used cars are not perfect, but they knowingly sold me a vehicle that was throwing an error code and cleared it out before selling it. This dealership only looks out for their bottom line in my experience.

Worse customer care I have ever had at a repair shop. Asked them a question this morning and was treated like an idiot. If I did my job like that I would be fired. Spent over $3000 grand on auto repairs at this place and most of the work was half assed or I got attitude when I tried to get them to do it right. first car: asked them to find the vibration in the front end when accelerating. The replaced a tie rod end and said it was fixed. Vibration is still there. Second time with this car: bought a battery with a 3 year warranty. This spring I tried to bring it in because it wouldnt hold a charge. I had to bring it in 3 times before they would finally honor the warranty. And even then they gave me one that had been sitting on the shelf for a year, and acted like they were doing me a favor. 2nd car; fix a leak in a tire. Said it was fixed. Tire still leaks. 3rd car: had them replace power window actuator. Charged me over a grand. The window worked but they F***ed up my door panel. Dont go here. This post will be repeated across the internet.

Watchout for the little knowledge these people have with vehicles! I had a really bad experience and will not go back. I didnt like this place from the beginning because I had gone there years ago and had a rude experience and my boyfriend told me to go back as they are near our home...what a mistake :( They failed to do the necessary research on my vehicle and didnt put the correct amount of oil in my vehicle that is NEEDED and 2.5 weeks later my engine burned it and broke down. My truck takes 7.5 qts of oil (standard is 4 but the dont say that), not knowing that as I just bought the car now it has engine issues and they refuse to take responsibility. I have contacted an attorney and hopefully will get some resolution, I just want my car fixed, thats it. I think thats fair, not asking for much, mistakes happen. They are rude, not all of them but as a female I was not treated fairly. Make sure to do your own research on your own car before stopping here!

While I have recently dealt with Wolf Motors on behalf of close relatives in the past with pretty good results, I recently contacted them about my interest in a newer vehicle for myself. That was approximately 5-8 weeks ago with no news/contact about my interest/issue. While there are many variables involved (lease agreement, credit score, availability, etc) in getting into a new/pre-owned vehicle from "any" dealer, the old saying "no news is good news" doesnt really apply here. To be blunt, I am a little disappointed. Maybe not surprised, but disappointed.

Fantastic Experience on my new 2017 Platinum Explorer. I had checked pricing in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Wolf provided aggressive pricing the first time and beat other dealers negotiated price. The sales and financing staff are by far superior to other dealers with their knowledge and friendliness. I have had service done on my previous Explorer and the service department is number one. Very friendly and efficient. I would recommend Wolf Motors to Family and Friends.

Purchased a used minivan from Wolf Motors at the LeSeur location. I was presently surprised when I finalized the purchase and picked up the van and found that they had replaced all 4 rotors for me at no additional cost. The original rotors had some rust from sitting and shuddered a bit when braking during the test drive. They said they would clean them up-- was not expecting full replacement. Great experience and would definitely recommend.

Was diagnosed for a bad fuel pump, went to a different mechanic to change it where he found that the pump wasnt the case. Instead it was a security problem. Had to reprogram the key. On top of that, the day before I asked when I could bring my car to them, to which I was given a definitive tomorrow. When I brought the car the next day, they didnt get the chance to look at it until the day after. Lost a few days because of that.

Awesome Experience! I bought my first vehicle there recently and Greg was very attentive. The process went fairly quickly and I got a vehicle that suited my needs. Before I left, Greg sat in the vehicle with me and showed me where everything was and even set up my phone to be synced with the car. For my first time buying a car, this was an excellent experience! Thank you!

I love this place and all their staff! Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I know vehicles are expensive but I think Ford in general could do a little more for returning customers/leasers of their vehicles. Ive been leasing a Ford for almost 20 years. They know I make my payments and on time so there should be some sort of waiver on any money down.

Bought a 2011 ford f150 from Greg, very nice guy. Then next day I had a check engine light come on, called them and they told me to bring it back in. They replaced the catalytic converter and put me in a rental at no charge to me. Bought the truck as is no warranty. Great service, will be going back for future services.

Greg Jerdee is so much help to my husband and I. He sold us both our vehicles, and they are great! We also needed a repair ASAP on a Monday and he was able to get us in right away, and get us a rental to use. We would recommend him any day. Thanks Greg! You are the best :)

Excellent Experience. Jerry Johnson worked tirelessly for me to get the best price on the F150 I was looking for. He found one at a distant dealership and brought it to Wolf for me. Seamless and smooth transaction. I would highly recommend Jerry Johnson and Wolf Motors.

Wolf motors has top-notch customer service, the sales people have integrity. The sales manager is a man that will do the right thing even when it is not immediately favorable to the company. I will buy my cars from them unless they cant get a specific car I want.
