I cant tell you how grateful I am to Aim Automotive. My fuel pump went out on my car and I was stranded. I called my normal mechanic and they said that it would be two weeks at least before they could get it in. Obviously I could not go 2 weeks without a car so my dad referred me to AIM. He had had some work done and was happy with the results. I called them and had my car back in 48 hours. Much better than 2 weeks for sure. They were friendly when I talked with them on the phone and in person. The most important thing to me was they didnt try to sell me on a bunch of extra services that I may or may not have needed. The price was more than fair considering I had to have it towed to there place and they were fitting me in during the week. I appreciate everything they did for me last week especially since I was in such a jam. I will use them in the future for sure. Thanks again to the staff at AIM Automotive.

I had a great experience with Aim High Automotive. My car wouldnt start one morning, so I called three repair shops and no answer. Seconds later, my phone rang and it was Bill from AIM High. Hed missed my call (I didnt leave a message), but called back in case I needed something. He arranged for a tow truck, so I didnt have to, when he figured the issue out, I got a call, he gave me an estimate and went to work. Being a lady, Im always skeptical when dealing with anything auto related...I always assume I going to be taken advantage of. Bill was friendly and easy to work with and his cost estimate was on target. I HIGHLY recommend AIM High and am pleased to have found a go-to auto repair shop I can trust.

One of lifes challenges is to find an honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy mechanic. Bill Doyle at Aim High is all of these and then some. He has helped me out on a couple of occasions now with an older car that my teenage daughter drives. We cant afford to buy her a newer car, so we need to keep this one running and with Bills mechanical expertise and honest business practices, he has NEVER DISAPPOINTED me! I had an issue where too much oil was put in my car, and it was in desperate need to an oil change.. Was referred to them by a co-worker and called in with about 2 1/2 hours before their closing time. They were able to get me in the same day and checked out in a timely manner! Before leaving i was presented a sheet for possible future repairs, but they gave me a good time frame of when certain things would need maintenance before causing additional future issues. Its nice to not feel rushed to fix everything! Overall, everything went smooth and quick and would recommend them to anyone looking for Auto Service in the future. Great Service!

I called on a very cold day because my truck was having a battery connection issue and would not start. I got it running but I was concerned with it happening again. Bill told me to bring it in and he got right to it. He made some adjustments and got me confidently back on the road. I appreciate the quick service and I will definitely be back when my 2002 S10 decides to have another issue. Thank you for your help!!! A friend has used AIM High for some brake work in the past and was very satisfied with his work and price. Give them call with your auto repair needs. I will.

Ive worked with Bill since he was with Dewey Ford. In my opinion he is one of the best mechanics in Iowa. My lexus died randomly when I was driving and wouldnt start after that. When I saw that Bill had opened his own shop, I didnt think twice about where I wanted to take my car. He was EXTREMELY thorough with his inspection, probably more than my hour diagnostic was worth in time and money. I would highly recommend you going to Aim High, you will never meet a more honest and brilliant mechanic. Thanks for your help Bill!

Decided to take my car here since I was having no luck elsewhere, Bill replaced a part that had just been previously replaced, so I was skeptical that my car would be fine. Turns out he knew what he was doing and the other place I took it to did not. My car has been great for over a few weeks now, with no problems. He gave me his honest opinion and he was right, also told me that if I had any more problems since I was worried about it to just bring it back in. Bill is probably one of the most underrated mechanics in town!! It seems as though he fixes everything AND works overtime! He was able to go in and fix certain parts of the transmission of my BMW to get it running again where other mechanics were telling me I might need to replace the whole transmission.. Bill has fixed so many different aspects of my car and it seems whatever is thrown at him, he gets the solutions figured out, and in a timely, cost-effective manner. Cant really ask for much more. 5 out of 5 for sure!

I started going to aim high about six months ago. So far Aim High has put tires on both of our cars, performed routine maintenance, and extensive work done, which involved my insurance company. Aim High came through for me on all of these! I really love their alignments! Ours car have never driven so straight and smooth! Bottom line, Aim High is a complete and trustworthy shop that leaves us satisfied every time !!!

I took in my daughters car for a grinding noise coming from the rear wheel. I was pretty sure I knew what was wrong and the approximate cost to fix. Turns out, my usual mechanic had no immediate openings, but they were able to get me in right away. When the part needed was delayed in shipping, they kept me informed and even offered to provide courtesy rides wherever I needed to go. Great shop and quick honest work.

I was referred there by a friend and was apprehensive at first as you never know what you are going to get when you get your car worked on. Can honestly say I will never go anywhere else. What a great experience! We just moved to Ankeny and needed work done on our vehicle before travelling for the Holidays.
